Collioure 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment Falco is situated in a quiet, private residence with access to the beach at just 50 meters. The apartment enjoys uninterrupted view directly over the Mediterranean. Falco, a 2 story apartment on the top (2nd) floor of the apartment building. is well equipped for those who wish to explore as well as those who just want to relax. Within walking distance of both Collioure (20 minutes) and Port Vendres (10 minutes) and a supermarket (2 minutes) you can park the car and enjoy your holiday. With a wide choice of cafés, restaurants, galleries and attractions near by and Spain 20 minutes drive away, entertainment is easy to find.Comprising of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (upstairs) living/dining room, kitchen, 2 shower rooms and toilets, comfortable for 2-5 people. Free Wifi & baby equipment available on request.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Rémi qui nous a accueillis le jour de notre arrivée . Ce que nous avons apprécié entre autre c'est évidemment la vue sur la Méditerranée, le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain ( étant donné que nous étions 5 ) , le matériel mis à notre disposition dans la cuisine , la WIFI .......une seule petite remarque pour améliorer le confort de cet endroit , prévoir des crochets ou porte manteaux dans les s.d.b. car on ne sait pas où accrocher nos serviettes de toilette et quand on est 5 ça fait des serviettes qui traînent partout ! encore merci à Rémi . Great location overlooking Med

This apartment is really special sitting right above the rock pools at the edge of the Mediterranean. The two little coves 3 minutes walk away are great for a swim - we wished we had packed snorkels. It’s worth walking rather than driving into beautiful Collioure too - an easy walk and saves on parking. The apartment is tastefully modernised, comfortable, well equipped and a great base to chill out in. Remi was very honest about what to expect and gave us personal recommendations on what to see - we had been drawn to Collioure to discover what had inspired the artists Matisse and Derain. We loved it all and had a wonderful time.

Hello, bonjour and welcome! I grew up in Lancashire, UK and spent much of my adult life living in different countries around the world finally settling in the South of France in 2012. I am also a keen traveller and take every opportunity I get to explore new places. As such I have taken all the best features I have come across and tried to incorporate them into your experience of staying in one of our apartments.

I spend time with each of my clients when they arrive to help them plan what to do during their stay. This way they get the most out of their time here.

I work hard to make sure the whole experience is as good as possible. From the initial enquiry to the return home.

Why they chose this property

PARKING! Anyone who has been to Collioure before will understand why this is so important. Each apartment has a place in the secure carpark.

Many people book to stay in the town centre only to learn that they need to park their car 20 minutes away. This is not so convenient for unloading shopping, kids or luggage.

There are 2 beaches in the residence and within 10 - 20 minutes walk you can be in Collioure or Port-Vendres. There is alo a supermarket within 3 minutes walk.

What makes this property unique

If I were to advise travellers here are a few things I would suggest:

Decide what is really important for you during your stay and contact the property manager to make sure that it is available. Remember, the property is only a part of the holiday experince and ask about other aspects. Feel free to call me or email, I don't bite.

Check the photos of the property and read the description properly.

Take advice from the property manager on what to do in the area. We have loads of local knowledge that can't be found on the internet.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, make sure you have it! Many things can go wrong, from illness to your holiday being cancelled. While these things are rare they could happen. At least this way you will be covered.

Try and be on time. I know from personal experience that delays are inevitable at sometimes, but please don't forget that there is someone who is waiting for you on your arrival.

Finally, if something isn't right during your stay, let the manager know while you are there. There really is nothing that can be done to improve your holiday once you have left.
