Large sunny house in a quiet environment, ideally located in the heart of the Luberon, 3 km from Roussillon and 7 km from the town of Apt. Breathtaking view of the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste with its castle. Heated and fenced pool (mid-April to mid-October) with sunbathing for all and parasols. Pool house with pool table, table football, garden furniture in woven resin. Private pétanque area and boules. Ping-pong table and accessories. Portico, Trébuchet and large trampoline for children. Children's play area (Hut, slide, rope, etc.) Terraces with tables and chairs. Several mountain bikes available.

For Baby: 2 umbrella beds, 2 deckchairs, 2 high chairs, 1 bath, 1 Babycook, 1 playpen ... Available
Large private and closed car park with 6 spaces including 3/4 covered spaces under arbor

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison est idéale pour les rencontres en famille, elle est spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons apprécié cette belle et grande propriété, son calme, son confort, ses possibilités de loisirs... piscine, Ping Pong, pétanque... Excellente maison pour passer un séjour entre amis + enfants. La propriété est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée dans tous les domaines. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec le soleil en prime ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine avec de nombreux transats, pétanque, baby foot, ping-pong etc... De plus elle est bien située pour les visites aux alentours et notamment le Colorado Provencal. Propriété vaste , intérieur comme extérieur : qualité fort appréciée par les 6 couples-amis + 1

Même à 13 chacun trouvait ,s'il le souhaitait , un lieu paisible et fleuri où s'isoler . Les lieux communs, salle à manger sous pergola en extérieur, salon , piscine = parfaitement sympa et bien équipés . Patrick s'occupait quotidiennement de la piscine et la proximité de son domicile faisait qu'il venait volontiers partager nos apéros ...à la bonne franquette. Vélo, golf , visite et rando à discrétion. Nous RECOMMANDONS vivement ce lieu de pais , isolé mais très proche d'Apt , de Lacoste , Bonnieux , Roussillon, Ménerbes etc..

Conforme à la description. Il est dommage que la piscine ne soit pas en adéquation ( longueur/largeur) avec la villa. Même si c’est conforme à l’annonce, c’est le point faible. Le jacuzzi est un plus apprécié. Forte utilisation donc suggestion de changer l’eau en cours de séjour.. séjour agréable et superbe vue.

Maison grande mais propriétaire intrusif

La maison est spacieuse pour un groupe mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement global. Le cadre est agréable. Le propriétaire est très intrusif et passe régulièrement dans la maison sans prévenir et sans se présenter. D'ailleurs le dernier jour il débute le ménage de la maison a 7h50 ce qui écourte un peu le séjour. Il n'est pas possible de profiter de l'extérieur le soir car tous les éclairages on été supprimés (piscine, pool house, terrain pétanque,...).
