Familienurlaub in Montalto di Castro
Das Appartment liegt im zweiten Stock eines auch privat genutzten Ferienhauses, zu erreichen über eine Außentreppe, in einem reinen Ferienhaus-Gebiet. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ist geeignet für eine max 4-köpfige Familie. Die 3 Balkone sind sehr klein, auf einem kann man, wenn auch beengt, essen. Ein sehr schöner Sitzplatz im Erdgeschoss mit Teich und 2 Liegen und einer kleinen Rasenfläche bietet zusätzlichen Platz, den man aber mit eventuell anderen Anwesenden teilen muss. Die Küche ist nur sehr rudimentär ausgestattet, einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht. Schön ist die Rainforest-Dusche. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, aber man könnte gut durchlüften. Auf dem Flachdach befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die genutzt werden konnte. In 5 min Laufentfernung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf, ein sehr guter Fischladen ist in ca 30 min per Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strandbad des Ortes läuft man ca 20 min. Hier gibt es abwechselnd zu den kostenpflichtigen Abschnitten auch ausreichend freie Strandabschnitt. Ruhiger wird es bald südlich des Ortes. Wer sehr ruhebedürftig ist, muss sich in der Hochsaison auf viel Lärm von Open air Konzerten und dem Animationsprogramm eines nahe gelegenen Hotels einstellen. Von dem Haus aus sind sehr interessante Punkte wie Vulci, Viterbo oder Capalbio gut per Auto zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem waren wir mit Abstrichen am Komfort zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung.
