In the splendor of the Lazio coast, between Rome and Naples, in San Felice Circeo, a town where the myth of Ulysses and Circe the Sorceress is still alive, stands a few minutes from the sea Villa Marisoul, surrounded by a pine forest with century-old trees and immersed in a lush garden.

With its intense azure and the Tuscan cotto to embellish it, the beautiful private pool set in the garden of the villa, gives guests unforgettable moments of fun, romance and absolute relaxation.
The indoor and outdoor kitchens, wood-burning ovens and barbecues equipped allow guests to spend extraordinarily unique moments of encounter.

The villa is spread over two floors, the 1st floor is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms.
Outside, the large patios surrounding the villa have many living areas.
This villa allows you to experience the sea and at the same time relax in the silence of the green.
An assistant will follow some tasks during your your stay such as pool cleaning and control of the lawn and the surrounding nature.

The location is perfect, 3 minutes by car from the sea, 10 minutes by bicycle.
It is possible to take day trips to the Pontine islands, considered among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

Like an Oasis

Marisoul is a lovely villa away from the crowds and a short bike ride or ride to the beautiful beaches. It’s a quiet and private location There were 11 of us and Marisoul provided more than adequate space for all of us. Edoardo was a fantastic host and helped two of our guest plan a small, private wedding at the villa. He was always available to answer any questions or help us with making plans for trips. His responses were always very polite and immediate. Clara was also very helpful and greeted us and made us feel welcomed when we first arrived. We highly recommend MariSoul for a vacation spot which provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, yet there is plenty to do if you want to explore the islands, or just the area.

A perfect dreamy week at Villa Marisoul

We had an absolutely perfect time staying at Villa Marisoul. The Villa is gorgeous- spacious, well stocked outdoor kitchens, large pool and outdoor seating, comfortable beds with A/C, private parking and free use of bikes. The surrounding areas are beautiful with so much to do including hikes, swimming in grottos from boats or from local beaches, exploring the old town, visits to Ponza island and more. And most importantly, Chiara and Edoardo were incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend!

Birthday Celebrations

Property looks exactly like the images on the website - we loved the pool and outdoor eating and cooking spaces. Everyone was comfortable and we all had our favourite spaces in the gardens and villa. Transport is needed if you wish to explore the surrounding area but the bikes and electric bikes are great fun to use. Edoardo was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Bellissima villa con piscina

La villa è molto grande, si trova in un residence con accesso riservato ai soli residenti, divisa in due strutture indipendenti con entrate separate, quindi veramente consigliata per molte persone. Giardino molto curato con cucine esterne e bellissima piscina. Ben arredata all'interno, e soprattutto pulita, peccato per i bagni che risultano essere molto usurati e necessitano sicuramente di essere rinnovati. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati ben accolti da Edoardo e abbiamo trovato la casa gia fornita di asciugamani, lenzuola, bagnoschiuma, saponi vari, legna per il barbecue, acqua, etc... Abbiamo apprezzato molto. Il mare e' raggiungibile in macchina in pochi minuti e allo stesso modo e' possibile raggiungere facilmente supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
