Villa La Casetta with private pool just 20 minutes from the beaches of Terracina

Villa La Casetta is a cosy and comfortable house near Sonnino, in the province of Latina, in the southern part of the Lazio region. The nearby town of Sonnino is built on the top of a hill overlooking the plain in front of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is characterized by its very narrow streets to walk uphill and downhill and from the ancient buildings made of tuff blocks. In the surrounding area there are many historic towns such as Itri; Priverno, which preserves traces of Roman times; San Felice Circeo, in the National Park of Circeo, with a small and charming old town; Sperlonga, white village, built on a rocky spur overlooking the sea; Lenola, from which you reach the abandoned city of Ambrifi; Campodimele, famous for the longevity of its inhabitants.
The villa is located between the National Park of Circeo and the Natural Park of Aurunci Mountains, just 45 km from Latina and 100 km from Rome. Naples is 160 kilometers away. It allows you to easily reach the beaches of Sabaudia, Terracina (20 km away) and, a few kilometers further south, those of Sperlonga and Gaeta. From the ports of Terracina or San Felice Circeo you can reach the Pontine Islands, in particular the most famous island of Ponza, for an interesting naturalistic trip. This area is renowned for the production of olive oil, dried figs, pasta with meat or game sauce, 'ciacaprete' (commonly known as strozzapreti) and the sheep milk cheese called 'caciotta', which you can taste at the many restaurants in the area.
The villa is located in a very quiet and private position, nestled in the countryside, with a wonderful view extending from the hills to the Tyrrhenian Sea, enclosing olive tree groves and cultivated fields. The villa is surrounded by a large park of olive trees, completely fenced. There are two entrances equipped with an automatic gate. For cars ample parking also shaded are available. There is also a charging station for electric or hybrid cars.
The pool, with a large sun terrace, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley. Next to the pool there is a pergola with a wood-burning oven, hob, sink and everything you need to dine comfortably outdoors: a large table and chairs.
On the first floor of the villa there is a large terrace with table and chairs.
For guests there is also a ping-pong table, a table football and a football pitch on the property.
The villa is on three floors, with cosy and comfortable rooms.
The ground floor is composed of an entrance hall, from which you access to the living area of the house, with a living room with TV and a large open kitchen with a table for 12 people. On the ground floor there is also a convenient bathroom with shower.
From the living room, climbing up the stairs you reach the first floor where there are:
– a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with shower and a large panoramic terrace;
– a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a bedroom with two single beds;
– a bathroom with bathtub.
Finally on the second floor (or attic floor) there is a magnificent suite with a double bed, relaxation-studio area with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. This floor features a balcony and a panoramic terrace.
The villa is provided with air conditioning in all rooms and insect screens on windows.
At disposal a convenient parking area with a 2-car canopy.
There is also a bathroom accessible from the outside.
Set in a beautiful hilly area, the villa is the ideal place for a relaxing break. Due to the hilly location, the internet connection may be unstable and therefore it is not recommended for remote working or internet intensive activities.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 70,00 per week; air conditioning (in all rooms) on request € 150,00 per week; heating consumption; extra bed (more than 8 people) € 100,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change € 100,00; tourist tax € 1,20 per person per night, for a maximum of 15 nights (children under 14 years old exempted).

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.

- Bookings for youth groups are subject to approval.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm. Any arrivals after this time must be requested at least 10 days in advance and are subject to confirmation by the owner. A late check-in fee of € 50,00 may apply.
