Beautiful Villa near Pilas with pool and barbecue, with 2,500 meters of garden and access to 10,000 meters of land with olive trees and fruit trees. The house is 70 meters and consists of living room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. It has two porches, one front and one rear, both with 40 meters. It has parking for approximately 6 vehicles.

Nice property convenient to Sevilla and Doñana National Park

We enjoyed our stay here. It offers a nice reprieve from the crowds in Sevilla and close to Doñana National Park and the beaches at Matalacañas. Recommend eating at Restaurante Venta Mauro nearby.

Un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans la maison d'Inès !! Un acceuil chaleureux à notre arrivée, un maison conforme à la description et une magnifique piscine qui etait entretenue tous les 4 jours. Si vous avez besion de vous ressourcer n'hésitez pas !! Séville et le bord de mer sont à environ 40 minutes . Comme je le disais dans le titre c'est un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers .

Cadre magnifique aux milieux des oliviers. Havre de paix pour des vacances reposantes, à environ 30 minutes de Séville en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et attentionnés.

This is a superb holiday home. As soon as we drove through the gates, we knew we'd love the house and feel very relaxed here. The house sits in a glorious garden, with covered terraces at the front and back. There are no neighbours nearby, just olive groves, but it's a short drive into the town for food. Inside, there is everything you need for a relaxing break. The bed is comfortable and there is a large dining table, if you don't want to eat outside. There is a lovely pool, and l I ts of places to sit and watch the local bird life, with storks frequently flying overhead. We were in the area to walk and explore the local wildlife, and the property is in a good position to explore Doñana. When we visit another time, as we hope to come back soon, is close enough to Sevilla to visit. The house owner and her family were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend the casa, it feels like a home just awaiting you to visit.

Comentaros que cuando decidí irme aquí unos días de vacaciones,me encontraba en un mal momento de mi vida,pase por una operación ,perdí a mi madre,problemas con la familia después de la perdida de mi madre y necesitaba despejarme y tranquilidad, ésta fue mi mejor decisión irme aquí,la casa está muy bien,la piscina increíble,las habitaciones perfecta,el baño me encantó,con aire acondicionado en la casa,los patios que tiene delantero y trasero perfectos,todo el espacio que tiene de olivos y frutales es maravilloso,la tranquilidad y paz que se respira es increíble,hasta mi perrito se lo paso en grande y tenéis pueblos muy cerca por si se necesita comprar algo o queréis pasear ,pero lo que más puedo destacar es el trato de los dueños,personas maravillosas,atentos a todo por si necesitábamos algo,Inés es encantadora y su esposo también,son personas únicas. Gracias por estos días que he pasado allí,me han ayudado mucho y espero repetir en las siguientes vacaciones. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette petite maison typique de campagne indépendante et isolée, intimité et calme garantis . A 45 minutes de Séville. L’intérieur est propre avec l’équipement essentiel. l’extérieur est très agréable entouré d'oliviers quelques arbres fruitiers et de nombreuses tables et chaises une belle piscine. les propriétaires sont très serviables et discrets. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y n'ait pas de portes dans les chambres mais de simples rideaux .

La casa esta muy bien equipada, limpia y cuidada. El acceso es fácil y cómodo. Está bastante aislada de otras propiedades, por lo que no hay molestias. El entorno es de olivos y frutales. También dispone de dos porches muy agradables con distintos árboles y plantas. Cuenta con una piscina excelente y zona aledaña con mesas, sillas, tumbonas, pérgola, etc. Para invierno dispone de chimenea en el interior. Inés se preocupa de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar.
