This property was clean and comfy and plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Access was easy and the location was very central to everything in the Vail Valley. Host was quite responsive when we had questions. Indoor pool was fun for our little guys when it rained. Loved our stay

This was the perfect mountain getaway for our group of seven adults. Shelly and the rest of the management team were wonderfully responsive from start to finish! We were close to all of the activities that we love up in Avon and Beaver Creek. It was so much fun having all of the amenities. We frequented the hot tub and the game rooms. We will definitely plan on staying here in the future!

Worked out great for our stay (2 families of 4). This is a nicely appointed condo. We loved the well stocked kitchen and made daily use of the convenient shuttle to the Beaver Creek ski resort. The building's game room was a big hit with the kids too. We had great host who reached out in advance to talk before our arrival and prepared us with all the info we would need (thanks Shelly!).

Great Location for Beaver Creek Ski

We had a great week staying at the Ascent. The unit was exactly as described and very clean. Shuttle to the mountain was as described and an added level of convenience. Ski lockers right off elevator by condo made everything easy and accessible. Property manager was easy to deal with and quick to respond. Definitely will look to stay again for any trip to beaver creek. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! The host communicated with us from the beginning of booking until we checked out. The condo was immaculately clean. Everything was well stocked. We used all the amenities, pool, hot tub, game room. All wonderful. The location could not have been better and we found walking to restaurants and stores enjoyable. It is difficult to find a 4 bedroom condo with 4 ensuites. This was perfect for 4 adult couples. I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing! We had a blast. The condo was so much larger than we anticipated. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We shared this property among 6 adults & the layout was perfect. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy each other's company as well. The amenities are great - really enjoyed the game rooms. The property was clean & the building well maintained. A nice perk is the concierge service. Mykayla & Triciaa were very helpful with information & making reservations for activities & restaurants. The location is great - easy to shuttle up to Beaver Creek or get on the highway to visit other attractions.

Ski trip beaver creek

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only reason I picked this unit is because of the management group. They made our trip stress free from beginning to end! They arranged for black tie ski rentals to bring us our equipment. They were beyond wonderful. Shelly and Taylor thank you for making us feel so welcome! Best and easiest trip ( minus the drive to Denver yesterday) ever. Loved the shuttle. That made skiing super easy. The drivers were very helpful too.

The Ascent - Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Ascent is the perfect place to stay for a Ski vacation. The amenities were wonderful especially the shuttle service and the proximity to Avon. Complementing the physical location, quality lodging, and amenities was the service. We have a lot of experience renting condos and vacation homes around the world, but the service and responsiveness of Mountain Management were unmatched. Concierge services for planning your trip including booking transfers, scheduling private lessons, arranging for Ship Skis pick up and drop off were not expected, and were an amazing bonus for a group that is usually very DIY. Finally, the communication around prearrival, arrival and departure were the most seamless we have ever experienced. A special thanks to Taylor and Shelly for making our first trip to Beaver Creek amazing and effortless.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was super clean and updated. We are fam of 4 and stayed with another fam of 4. Very convenient shuttle to skiing with great drivers. Game room and workout room were great perks as well as lockers for ski gear. Only negative to our place was the top floor master was VERY cold and the management had to bring a space heater to help which did immediately. Can’t say enough about how responsive and attentive the concierge was. If you are staying with another family or have a large family could not recommend this property any more!

The unit was beautiful

The four bedroom unit was beautiful, updated and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. A ski locker comes with the unit, it is a little small for 8 skiers so we asked for an additional locker. The complex had two hot tubs, a steam room and pool - so nice after a long day of skiing. Plan ahead for where you are skiing - the shuttle goes to Beaver Creek but doesn't run often to Vail. The town bus system is very easy to use though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OK, there are a couples things i was not happy with, one was housekeeping, i was told that it was every other day, they only came on saturday, they should of come on friday and sunday, the other issue is that we were told me that the lift tickets would be in my unit, the whole point of purchasing the lift tickets ahead of time is to avoid the lines and there were lines, other than that over a decent experience
Response from VrboOwner on 26 May 2022
Dear Ernie, Thank you for your feedback. While we are able to collect standard lift tickets from the office and have them ready for you at your accommodation, unfortunately, as you purchased Epic Passes, the Lift Ticket Office requires a photo ID and signature of the recipient in order to be released, which is why we are unable to collect such tickets. In regards to the number of housekeeping days you received, you received your first clean on the 30th, the day after your first full day, and your next scheduled clean would have been for the 1st of January. We do not, however, offer any housekeeping services on major, public holidays such as New Year's Day. Unfortunately the timings did not work to your satisfaction, and we do apologise. We also sincerely hope you will chose to stay with us again in the future. Kind regards, The Mountain Management Team
