The Sanctuary was designed to be your home away from home.
If you are coming to Chillicothe or Ross Co. for theater or music check out our convenient location! If you are traveling for business and need a few nights or weeks, it's a great place to relax after a long day. You can cook your own meals in one of our two full kitchens. Relax on the deck & enjoy the countryside. We have two California king size beds in private bedrooms, a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a futon and a king bed on the main floor of the sanctuary . Two full bathrooms, one up, one down. One with a jetted tub big enough for two. Hot tub outside.

When we saw this country church for sale we immediately wanted it! Then it became a labor of love! A project that grew & grew! Having lived in the area most of our lives we liked the idea a having somewhere for extended family to stay when they come to visit and meet for meals. We knew others families would have similar needs so we decided to open it up for others to use as well.
Why they chose this property
Remodeling was just completed in June of 2016. Everything is New!
What makes this property unique
Since it was a Church for 143 years if you want to consider the spiritual surroundings it is a wonderful place retreat alone or with others. When you are here you feels miles away but can be in Chillicothe in 12 min. The deck out front is super relaxing.
