Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Ce studio est d'un confort exceptionnel! Tout fonctionne! Immeuble et appart très propre! Un peu hors du centre mais très proche de la mer! Ca sera top lorsque le tramway sera en bas de l'immeuble fin juin!
