I will say the place we stayed at was super nice. We enjoyed the kitchen. But I do feel like they should leave the bar pictures off. The bar was not open. There is really no staff at this place. It’s a little ghetto but the rooms are nice and the balcony was lovely to wake up to. Perfect sun rise watch. Also not to far from downtown activities. Also the pool has green water in it creating flies near the beach area and around the back side of the hotel. This place defs needs some remodeling but I enjoyed my overall stay. I’d definitely stay again.

This place is a total scam. It’s not a hotel/resort anymore, it’s apparently all condos that are rented out by third-parties. Everything is closed, and the pool outside is full of nasty still water. We saw multiple homeless people enter the building & sleeping in the disgusting laundry rooms, roaches, rat turds, mold smell, etc. Would NOT recommend.

Daytona 500 visit

Check in went smoothly - we arrived really late with no issues. Condo is clean and very "happy". Murals in living room and master bath add to the beachy atmosphere. Unit is well stocked with a lot of little extras, even had binoculars to take to the Daytona 500. Publix within walking distance and is on a quiet part of the beach in Ormond. Balcony has ample seating. Host was responsive with communications.

The condo was wonderful. The overall resort has been neglected. They need to settle their dispute with the condo owners and insurance company and repair the hurricane damage. No pools or fitness center. The parking lot is not lit at night. People were parking awkwardly and partially blocking the exits and entrances. the hurricane damage.

Thought cleaniess was great until my 10 year old found a used condom in the seat of a chair!Never was I asked to move rooms or any discount, offered,so I spent a day cleaning,making sure nomore nasty items was left!

Beautiful views, not clean

The property has beautiful views, but smelled of smoke. The property manager replied quickly and was supportive in our situation. We tried keeping the patio door open to get rid of the smell which worked some. Unfortunately one of the renters before us decided to smoke there and the smell was in the A/C and shower curtains. The property was well located, on the beach and across from a grocery store. It’s a bit old and the kitchen could use some work. If you plan to be gone most of the time this is a good accommodation.

Fanastic location This room needs upgrading - the bed has a lousy mattress that slopes downward and the homeowner has used books and newspapers to correct? All the dishes and glasses are old and mismatched. The pans should be thrown out. There is no kettle to boil water for tea. A 9am checkout time is ridicously early especially when the tenant must take out all garbage, wipe fridge and ensure that the towels aren't dirty? I would not recommend the unit to my friends.

Unfortunately the bed frame was broken and a tenant must have propped up with the books from the bed stand to avoid the charge - we have replaced the broken bed frame. We checked the cabinet - all we could find were several bar glasses that previous guests brought back from nearby restaurants , We checked for issues with pots/pans and only found a loose handle on a frying pan. Sorry- we have not added a tea kettle. Towels do not need to be washed on check out.....

Hurricane

We came down a week after the hurricane and was really surprised at how well everything. Was handled. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool deck which is understandable. But the beach front was was amazing great view. The rooms were supper clean bathrooms were super clean and we will booking again. All the workers in the condo were extremely nice. Made for a great atmosphere for my family.

Everything was perfect! I had messed up on the check in day and they were very helpful and got us in a day early! So clean, so pretty, and so relaxing! We will definitely be visiting again soon but stayi by longer!

Great Ocean View

Everything I expected plus lots of creature comforts!!! The little things make the difference, salt, pepper, seasoning's and all of the kitchen equipment to cook as simply as a pizza or gourmet! chairs and cooler plus sand toys and sun block. PLENTY of towels!! Hot water, did I mention the AWESOME view of the sunrise and moon rising.

We had a great time!

This unit had all we need for me and my two sons. The A/C was cold, the place was clean, the water pressure in the shower was good, beds were comfortable, the private balcony was nice, the pools and tiki bar was awesome, and the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center as a property was clean and ran by friendly courteous people. We simply had a great 7 days there. You will too if you book here.
