You’ll love the stylish décor of this charming newly renovated place to stay. It is a private studio condo in a oceanfront resort with city views.
Enjoy this cozy room at the Daytona Beach Resort with city views from inside the Unit. This room provides two queen size beds, full size fridge, fully equipped kitchenette to make your meals with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans and all utensils.

It sleeps 4 with two queen size beds. It is Conveniently located.
Fully Furnished to have a comfortable stay.

Guests will have access to the fully furnished unit on the 4th floor with a city view.

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests.

The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), South Spa (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, North Spa, Kiddie Pool.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Bike week

The room is fine. The resort is crap. I stayed there in 2019 and was beautiful. Now the pools are all closed the parking garage is closed. Don’t make since the resort not fixing anything. The damage was done two years ago I hear. The garage I hear before that. The rooms are on top of garage so it would have hurt us parking bikes on bottom floor since parking is a issue. Then they towed 30 bikes my first night there. Luckily wasn’t our. The host was always helpful and very respectful.

Chad I'm glad the room was fine with no problems. In the listing and all the information that is provided to you, it is mentioned that all amenities, pools, pool deck and garage are closed until further notice. It is very complicated with the Ownership of the building that we have no control. Also being that it was an event of Bike Week with very large crowds parking can be challenging. Parking was and is available next door of the Resort to the south side. One parking pass is provided and must be visible for you to park in the south side parking lot. I provide all the information and it is fully explained in the listing.
