Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction. Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay.
⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project.
Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and many guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts.

The room was described perfectly & actually had a lot more cooking options that I didn’t remember reading about (toaster, crockpot, pizza cooker). Very clean. Right on the beach. I plan to visit this property again.

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful beach. Our only complaint was the continuous smell of pot by one of the other owners. Nothing against the owner of our condo but it is a no smoking building and and it started before sunrise and was still evident at midnight. For some this is probably a plus but not for all. We would still stay again as it was perfect for two.

Room was nice, but building is bad…. Run down and tired. Common spaces reeked of mildew and smoke. Parking inadequate and had to park at the Hilton next door!
