WATERFRONT WOODEN VILLA - QUIMIAC

8 to 12 people:
10 minutes from Guerande and 15 minutes from LA BAULE, we rent our villa recently wood frame, spacious, tastefully decorated, with panoramic sea views:

 * 160 m2 on one level with dormitory of 25 m2 upstairs.
* Very quiet, at the bottom of a private cul-de-sac with a large enclosed garden (2000 m2) without any opposite.
* Access to the beach by private staircase (sailing club at 5 mns).
* Main Salon, TV Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Office.
* Bedroom 1 (a bed of 160), bedroom 2 (a bed of 160 and a bed of 90), bedroom 3 (1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90), a dormitory (6 beds of 80), 3 bathrooms baths.
* Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, WIFI access, TV,
 * Living rooms, outdoor tables and chairs, deckchairs, BBQ.

Tennis at 3 kms. Market 2 times a week 10 minutes walk and supermarket 3 kms.

    2 superbes semaines en famille dans cette maison, au calme, avec une vue incroyable. L'emplacement fait tout. La maison est spacieuse. Carole et Nicolas étaient très accueillants lors de notre arrivée et n'ont pas hésité à nous faire plein de recommandations sur les alentours.

    Emplacement de premier choix! Large vue mer et acces direct privé sur une jolie plage. Magnifiques balades depuis la maison. Grand jardin. Maison très bien équipée. Activités et visites proches de la maison. Cités médiévales, châteaux, balade en barque dans les marais... on a passé une magnifique semaine entre amis et en famille. Merci!

    Wonderful days in Quimiac

    We had wonderful holidays in the charming house with it's wonderful garden, view, and atmosphere. The surroundings are wonderful and we were able to go on nice tours. The landlords are very friendly and have prepared a warm welcome for us. We found everything we needed in the house and felt very comfortable. Thanks for all! Uli & Dorothea

    Une fois rentré dans la propriété on n’a plus envie d’en sortir. Appréciable en période de confinement. La vue est magnifique, le jardin vaste et il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison. Que demander de plus ?
