Miguel - Holiday townhouse in Pedregalejo

This apartment has 2 rooms for 4 people; It is a perfect place for an urban getaway and or a beach vacation.



Apartment Miguel is located 5 km from the center of Málaga city, in the old fishing village of Pedregalejo, a charming neighborhood with its restaurants, chiringuitos and trendy bars.



The apartment has two floors. It has a bright living room with two sofas, a dining table, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



A staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a fantastic furnished terrace with barbecue and stunning sea views. On this floor you will also find the second bedroom that has a double bed and a bathroom with shower.



The property has been completely renovated in 2018. It has air conditioning in all rooms, as well as free WiFi. It is a perfect accommodation for both friends and families.



The promenade is currently under renovation, and there may be some noise and dust for a while, although we don’t know how long it will last.



Please note that the seafront promenade is currently undergoing renovation, with completion expected by the summer of 2026. As a result, some noise and dust may be noticeable during your stay.

Great location in the centre of Pedregalejo. Spacious apartment with amazing roof terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and easy to get into Malaga (walk or bus) to explore the city if you want to.

Super lokalizacja! Apartament jest położony w starej wiosce rybackiej, oddalonej 4,5 km od centrum Malagi (spacer do centrum zajmuje około 45'). W otoczeniu niska zabudowa, bez wysokich hotelowców itp., za to wokół mnóstwo fajnych barów i knajpek. Do plaży zaledwie 50 metrów, nie potrzeba nawet klapek, żeby dojść do morza :) Do tego taras z grillem, widok i szum morza.

Todo en general. No nos hemos sentido muy seguras al tener abierto el acceso desde la terraza contigua. Deberían cerrarla de alguna manera, ya que a las noches teníamos que cerrar con llave la puerta del dormitorio para sentirnos seguras.
