Enjoy additional amenities at the Clubhouse which is .3 miles or about a 4 min walk, including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, basketball net, picnic tables and tennis courts. Bus service is available in the winter to and from Loon mountain ski resort right outside the door! Shopping and dining conveniently located within a mile.
After a long day of sightseeing or skiing, cozy up on the wrap-a-round couch next to the gas fireplace in the main living room with a 65" 4K TV with soundbar and DVD player and an open concept to the dining room and kitchen. Or kick back with popcorn and a movie in the separate family room with a 60" 4K TV with surround sound and DVD player and two full-size couches.

- Main living area - two large sliding glass doors open to a deck with a grill and tables and chairs (not available in the winter months).
- Entertainment systems in the main living and family rooms both feature x-lg large flat screen televisions, cable and DVD players.

Perfect location for attending the NH Scots Highland Games. 10 women cooking meals together and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sleeping accommodations are plentiful. LOVE staying at this condo.

We visit Lincoln every summer and really enjoyed the layout of this house. Plenty of room for the whole family to sleep and everyone was very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Great vacation spot.

We enjoyed this beautiful condo for a family vacation in June. Plenty of space, very clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to everything in the Lincoln area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

We had a wonderful stay on this property!! Plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. It was clean, tons of space for sleeping and playing, and an excellent location close to everything!! We went to Hobo mini golf, Loon to ride the gondola and explore the caves, to Cascade Park to play in the Pemi river, the Pemi arcade, enjoyed the indoor pool on property, and took a trip to Santa’s village (just under an hour). We had a great time and the hosts were responsive when questions arose. Thanks for a great stay!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Big place with nice amenities. Close drive to Loon or take shuttle bus that stops right out front (only drawback is shuttle only runs on weekends during ski season).

Great for the Scots Highland Games

These condos at Forest Ridge are perfect for a group attending the Scottish Festival. Free parking to catch the shuttle bus. Very well appointed condos with everything you need. My group of girlfriends has been renting condos at Forest Ridge for over 10 years and this particular property is our favorite. I can imagine it would be perfect for a family of skiers.

Perfect family getaway

We had such a wonderful time on vacation with extended family. The house is beautiful and with so many amenities, towels, crock pot, games, linens, central air and plenty of bathrooms, the list goes on and on! Great quiet culdesacs for the kids to ride bikes, pool was perfect indoor and outdoor was a great option for the rainy day we had. We hiked the flume, swam in lady's bathtub, tubed the Saco and Pemi Rivers, explored the top of Loon, and then we came back to all the comforts of home! If you have the space I would recommend grocery shopping before coming up, the price chopper was small, busy and lacking, though fine for essentials. A second king bed would have made this beyond amazing, overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed all the house had to offer!

Amazing experience close to Loon

This house is great! Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay with room to spare. The owner was great communicating prior to our visit and everything needed for our arrival (parking, security, heat) was well communicated. House was very clean upon arrival and bath towels were left in all bedrooms so we didn’t have to search around for any. Having the washer & dryer on 2nd floor (close to 3 bedrooms) was perfect so we didn’t have to go up/down any stairs with laundry. The lower level was an amazing space with its own full bath, bedroom and large living area/tv room. We also loved the separate small garage area where we could leave skis as well as the easy 5 min walk to the sports club to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Overall a 5/5 for the entire experience. We will be back!!

The space was absolutely beautiful. I had a second family staying, my mom and brother and it was spacious enough for all. I booked it for a wedding I was having up the street and the master bedroom was perfect for the getting ready pictures as it was huge and very bright. There was ample parking in the front for guests and overall the location was quiet and beautiful.

Ski Weekend

We had a great time at Cathy's townhouse. Plenty of space for two families. Kids loved the bonus space in basement. Very close to Loon Mtn. as well as shopping & restaurants. We would definitely rent again.

When not up here in Lincoln, we live our day to day life in a house on lake. Thus the name, "Not the lake house". It seemed easier than "the skiing, hiking, waterfall, ziplining, waterpark house." There really is so much to do here!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property after renting here in 2015. We are a very active family and we fell in love with Loon Mountain -- with it's family-friendly atmosphere, excellent snowmaking, and year-round activities. We love this townhouse with its separate family spaces, bus to skiing and of course its access to the pool and hot tub! We can't wait to come up this summer for the hiking, ziplining and waterpark!
