The Humber Valley Resort area is a great place. Close to Deer Lake and to Corner Brook. The Lake, the changes in elevation, and people make for a great vacation.

We had an awesome vacation. Right on the golf course. There was lots of room to entertain family and friends. And enjoyed the hot tub. Tim was excellent to deal with and checked in to make sure we were not having any issue and were having a terrific vacation!

Great Stay

The chalet was perfect for our family. It had good amenities inside and out - 3 well appointed bedrooms with ensuites (one with a tub which was great for our 11 month old granddaughter), a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and outside a firepit, bbq with dining area and hot tub. The location was perfect! Tim was great to deal with, proactive and answered any questions quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Secluded spot

Lovely house in the woods with great layout; functional and private spaces. Being 20 years old or so, some signs of wear, but not enough to negatively affect the enjoyment of our stay. Suggest adding a pizza pan.

This was an amazing vacation from beginning to end! So clean and stocked with all your necessities! Tim is wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had from the time of booking a year ago to now while we stayed was answered within an hour! Will definitely be back!!!

Home away from home at good value for families.

This was our first time in Newfoundland and one of 3 places we stayed at during our travels. It was the best fit for us, travelling with 3 children under 13. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close to lots of activities. The house is newer with lots of room to spend time together when we wanted and apart when we needed. Tim was very quick to respond when I had a question about operating the ceiling fans. Would absolutely rent again when in the area.

2nd stay

This was our second time staying at this chalet, and it won't be our last. Again....it was peaceful and cozy but most of all it was relaxing. It was so nice to wake up and see the snow on the trees and cuddle up in front of the fireplace. We also had a lot of fun sliding...just in back of the chalet. This place has everything you need and more. Can't wait to come back!

3 bedroom chalet with ensuite bathrooms off each room. Very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and some of the basics (tea, coffee, etc). Hot tub was lovely with a beauty view. Would definitely rent this chalet again.

What can I say about this place...it's heavenly. Clean, bright, beautiful and cozy. This gorgeous chalet has everything you'd ever need and more...with all the extra special touches. The kids LOVED the amazing tree house and we all relaxed in the hot tub. The chalet being surrounded by trees made it even more relaxing and quiet. Tim was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Only complaint we have is that we have had to leave. But...we will be back!!!

Great property. Peaceful and relaxing stay.

The house is tucked away on the 13th fairway of the golf course. Fully equipped house with everything you need, even the backup bbq propane tank ... which we needed. Owners have thought of all your needs. The deck is private. We enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean and easy to use. Fire pit with lots of wood. Great house for a family or 2-3 couples. Lots of room.
