This attached barn conversion sits close to Blackmill in Southern Wales and can sleep two people in one bedroom. One child up to the age of 12 years can also be accommodated on request.

Electric heating. Real log-burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. WiFi, and Smart TV with Netflix (Own login required) and FreeSat. DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Private garden next to property with hammock, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests are welcome to meet the animals eg miniature pigs and pygmy goats. Welsh Coastal Path, Porthcawl Surf School/Watersports Centre 15 miles away. Also nearby are Margam Country Park and Coity Castle. Only 25 miles to both Cardiff and Swansea, so easy access to city amenities. Secure equipment storage available. One well behaved dog welcome. Second dog on request, no puppies under 9 months old, sorry. Access to the property and enclosed garden is via land shared with the owner, and where the owner’s dogs and other animals may be as it’s a working farm, please keep dogs on a lead when in this communal area. There is CCTV on the exterior of the property and the owners land.
