This beautiful detached villa is located in a quiet area, only 8-10 minutes walk to the centre of La Coveta Fuma with several bars, restaurants, hairdresser, gym, playground for children and a supermarket. Another 2 minutes walk and you will find the nearest of the numerous local beaches with 2 rustic beach bars where you can sample some locally caught fish dishes.
The villa is also 5 minutes walk from Coveta Fuma Tram stop, making it the ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca from Alicante all the way up to Dénia. This means a quick taxi from airport and all the amenities for your holiday are walkable for those who are not able to or just prefer not to drive.

Villa La Cabaña features 3 bright and breezy bedrooms all with hot and cold A/C and each benefiting from a Smart flatscreen Satellite TV. The first bedroom has a King size bed, terrace and ensuite bathroom (shower), the second bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath/shower and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower with integrated radio.

A cosy living room with twin leather sofas, feature electric fireplace, fast fibre WIFi/internet, Smart flatscreen satellite TV and a Bluetooth enabled stereo system with triple sliding doors accessing the main terrace . The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 6 people with sliding doors to the terrace which has another outside dining area overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean sea. Ideal for those who want to relax in the shade or catch some sun, without losing contact with those in the villa.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave etc.. and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The large roof-terrace of 55 m2 offers a spectacular view over the sea and the mountains and is equipped with a lounge set ; a great place for a BBQ and enough space for additional sun loungers.

The 20m2 private HEATED pool with its sun loungers and umbrellas is the ideal place for cooling off and enjoy a drink . A glass fence provides extra security for young children.

Extras; air-conditioning in the whole house, satellite TVs (flatscreen) in every bedroom and free fast fibre internet.
