Beautiful Villa in El Campello with Private Pool and a Step from the Sea

The villa is located just 150 meters from Cala Lanuza beach. The house has three main areas: two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with wonderful views of the pool and garden.

The living room features a cozy fireplace — an ideal spot to relax on the sofa bed, watch TV, or listen to music. The sofa bed can also be used as a double bed.

We understand how important it is to spend time with family, so we’ve prepared everything to ensure the house is as comfortable as possible and that nothing is missing. The living room is very welcoming, the terrace simply wonderful, and the bedrooms are very comfortable, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils.

The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. For small children, we can also provide a crib.

The garden is filled with palm trees and colorful flowers that create a vibrant atmosphere. There is plenty of shade to escape the heat — you can even rest under a 300-year-old olive tree.

We had a wonderful time in a very beautiful villa. The pool and outdoor area are truly fantastic. The area is somewhat quiet, and the nearest large supermarket is about 7 km away. A rental car is therefore advisable. Kasia is an absolutely fantastic host, and Agnes takes exemplary care of the property. Perfect for a peaceful holiday with excursions, and highly recommended.

The villa is in a perfect spot near to the beach and the tram stop and also the main road to Alicante N332 .. The Host was really helpful and communicated all of our stay to make sure everything was ok. The pool was lovely and clean and the villa was perfect for a family holiday

Fantastic holidays at Costa Blanca

We had some fantastic holidays spent in Kate`s beautiful and cozy finca that is not huge but well furnitured and equipped with all you could need. We loved the pool and the garden which is taken care of by two gentlemen once a week. Also, the air conditioning inside the house works perfectly - it was really hot outside! The surrounding is quiet but you are 200m next to the sea and the tram connection very close to the house is superb. In total, we only used the car for grocery shopping as more convenient. Kate is a wonderful host who is very responsive on all questions or matters of interest. The communication in total was very efficient and amicable. We will come back one day :-)

Just perfect

We had the most relaxing holiday at this property. The property itself is spotless with everything you could need great size very comfortable. Aircon in all rooms. The pool is amazing Sun from early morning to evening. The gardens are just gorgeous with beautiful plants to shade under. The bbq area is very well set up. We loved the terrace looking over the pool in the evening. Very quiet area. Small beach 5min walk away, too busy for us.Car is advisable for ease to get around. Macedonea 10mins away great prices. The tram is a 2 min walk, takes you to benidorm and alicante. El Campello is 10minute drive lovely coastal town. Overall we were just happy to lie back, enjoy the peace away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. This property definitely allowed that. Kate the owner was always available for any questions

Spacious Villa with loads of grounds

The Villa in El Campello very spacious with plenty of space inside and out. It has 2 shower rooms even though this is not specifically in the listing. The grounds are huge, with a pool area, sun terrace, BBQ area, garden area as well as a driveway for the car. Pool is more than big enough and balcony is lovely for a meal overlooking it. The host was really helpful, with excellent communication when needed at check in and check out. There were nice touches like the beach chairs and beach towels meaning you didn't need to take those extras. The tram stop to El Campello or Alicante is about a minute's walk away, and the beach is less than 5 minutes. It is a small local's beach, but has a lifeguard and is sandy. There is a restaurant and cafe/shop in the village, however a large supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away in the next town up the coast. Overall the area is very quite, but a short drive or tram ride gets you to Alicante, El Campello or Benidorm if you want something busier.

Die Villa ist zwar schon älter, aber in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Es war sauber. An einigen Stellen, innen wie außen, sollte an eine Renovierung gedacht werden. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, zum kleinen Sandstrand sind es ca. 300 Meter. Vielfältige Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten und größere Strände sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Problematisch ist der Ungezieferbefall in der Gegend, der auch vor dem Haus keinen Halt macht. Wer empfindlich ist, könnte hiermit seine Schwierigkeiten haben. Alles in allem bietet das Haus mit Pool einen stressfreien Aufenthalt.

Superbe maison, bien équipé et très bien situé

Superbes vacances passées en famille 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est agréable, propre, bien équipé et bien située. El campello, Alicante et Benidorm sont largement accessible en voiture. La plage à 5min à pied permet d'aller profiter du sable matin midi et soir. La piscine est très bien entretenue, nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer la personne qui s'en occupe et d'échanger quelques mots en espagnol. Nous avons été autonome pour l'arrivée et le départ. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été parfait. Très réactive et bienveillante : tout ce qu'on recherche pour passer des vacances sereinement. Adresse à partager 😉

Jammer minpunt, we hadden een huisje voor 6 personen gehuurd, maar er waren maar 2 slaapkamers en een oncomfortabele slaapzetel in de living..

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage mit großem Pool (ca. 1,40 - 2m tief), öffentl. Verkehrsmittel in nächster Nähe, schöner Sandstrand in 2-3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, schnelles Internet (ca. 20 MBit/s), von außen uneinsehbares Grundstück, großer Gasgrill, mehrere Terrassen. Kleine Einschränkung: keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, nächster kleiner Supermarkt in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Innenstadt von El Campello in 10 min. Netter Willkommensgruß nicht nur mit Wasser, Saft und Wein, sondern auch mit Käse und Wurst im Kühlschrank; netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen während des Aufenthaltes. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Finca mit herrlichem Pool

Anfang August verbrachten wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 recht große Kinder, eine wunderbare Woche in El Campello. Da wir einige Sonderwünsche bezüglich der An- und Abreisetage und der Anreisezeit hatten, nahm ich direkt Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Katarzyna auf. Wir konnten alles besprechen, auch während des Urlaubs stand sie per Mail immer bereit, um Fragen zu beantworten. Für 5 Leute ist das Haus ausreichend groß. Die Küche verfügt über wirklich ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, es ist alles vorhanden, man merkt, dass die Besitzerin das Haus auch selber nutzt, so liebevoll ist es eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Pool ist wunderbar warm und sauber, ein Poolboy kümmert sich regelmäßig darum. Im Garten des Hauses gibt es einen Zitronenbaum und einen 300jährigen Olivenbaum, traumhaft. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, man wird vom niemandem gestört. Wir sind ohne Mietwagen angereist, was aber kein Problem war. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt fährt eine Art klimatisierte!!! Straßenbahn regelmäßig in Richtung El Campello und Alicante und in die andere Richtung nach Benidorm. In El Campello gibt es, direkt an der Haltestelle, einen relativ großen Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Ein paar hundert Meter von den Finca entfernt liegt eine kleine Badebucht, die besonders am Abend zu empfehlen ist, da es dann dort nicht allzu voll ist und sich dort auch eine Strandbar befindet, die sehr gut besucht und ausgestattet ist, was man auf den ersten Blick gar nicht gedacht hätte. An richtig lange Sandstrände kommt man ebenfalls mit der Bahn, zwischen El Campello und Alicante befindet sich ein kilometerlanger Sandstrand, der direkt von der Bahn aus in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist. Kurz gesagt, es war ein mehr als gelungener Urlaub, in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Katarzyna ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, auch wenn wir sie leider nicht kennengelernt haben. Wir werden nächsten Sommer wiederkommen und haben das Haus auch schon weiterempfohlen.

Tout d'abord un grand merci a Kate la propriétaire pour toutes ses informations avant notre départ qui nous on beaucoup servi arrivé là bas .La villa est très bien équipé ,nous avons manqué d'aucun élément.La villa est très bien entretenu et super propre .la grande piscine très bien entretenu par Georges qui est d'une discrétion incroyable et très professionnelle .Nous avons adorés nos vacances dans cette villa et comptons bien y retourner dans les années à venir.

A amazing villa and a brilliant family holiday

I fell in love with this villa just from the photos but it's even better in person, the grounds around the villa are gorgeous and the pool is perfect. This was the first holiday abroad for my two children ages 4 and 6. We wanted to teach them to swim so a villa with a private pool was a must. The villa itself is clean and has everything we wanted apart from a few items we had to buy when we were out there like large bath towels but towels for the pool were provided. There was a lovely welcome package when we arrived which is a god send when going self catering abroad. Kate was always keeping us updated and sent information before we arrived so we were well prepared. You can actually see the sea from the balcony as the beach was only a few mins walk away. The entire villa has the most amazing aircon so no matter how hot things get outside and too unbearable your be kept cool inside. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has one double and a single, the sofa also pulls out to bed too. It has two bathrooms both decorated to a great standard. There is a BBQ area and outside eating around the other side of the villa and the kids had a great time looking at all the fruit trees. At night the villa lights up and it's amazing for late night swimming. The local beach does have a small bar and serves food but we didn't stay to try it. Please be aware there isn't hardly any restaurants or shops in walking distance and you will need a car. We found carrefour towards Benidorm 15 mins drive was the best shopping area for us as it had lots of places to shop all close by and is more designed for tourists although prices are higher when you have kids you just want a easy holiday. We did visit one of the resturants on the main road going to the villa called browns bar which was lovely and well worth a visit. The restaurant opposite the road you come off to the villa doesn't seem to serve dinner which was a little strange. If your looking for a quite and private holiday villa this is perfect. We loved it and the kids had a great time. Thank you Kate for a memorable holiday

Relaxing villa in fabulous location.

This is a beautiful property which is wonderfully relaxing to spend time in. The owner Katarzyna is really helpful and helped us to organise all aspects of the stay. The house is well equipped, and a very short walk from the tram which goes to Alicante or other local areas. Staying here allows you to enjoy the peace of rural Spain, as well as having access to Alicante at the same time. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa

This is a lovely villa, clean and well maintained with all that you need including the pool. We had a great holiday with 4 adults and our 2 year old Grandson and hope to return again. A car is handy but you can do without as the team stop is only 5 minutes away, it stops every half hour and is very cheap. The villa is in a residential area, there is a beach bar and another in an apartment block that also serves food, there is also a large outdoor BBQ restaurant nearby that opens in the evenings, all have entertainment in the summer months. Katarzyna the owner was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice for a family holiday with children

We wanted to have a relaxed time with the kids and we very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The main points that are worth noting are: - Although the house is not large (2 bedrooms), it is very practical, clean and well maintained. The owner is also very helpful to provide information if needed - the location: the house is outside the big rural area. This is a major point as there is a little beach nearby that will be far more pleasant and accessible then others near the big town - The swimming pool has a good size, and is very well maintained as well. - Although the house is close to the main road (about 100 meters?), you cannot see it or hear it. The area is quiet and you can enjoy a relaxing time. - Some very nice places to visit in the area. We enjoyed Guadalest, Alicante, Altea... On the other side, avoid Villajoyosa (very dull) and Benidorm at all costs (unless you are just going for the binge drinking, but then you'd better get a flat in Benidorm directly...) Conclusion: Good choice if you are looking for a quiet family time

Sympathique villa

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette villa on était au calme le soir pas un bruit la maison est sympa la cuisine est bien équipée les salles de bain sont neuves douche a l italienne La plage est vraiment à deux pas les enfants ont adoré car il y avait des vagues Pour les courses faut la voiture mais a 10 minutes vous êtes à El campello et la y a tous ce qu il faut et le marché de fruits et légumes qu elle vous recommande allez y il y a pleins de choix en fruit et légumes et en fringues Nous avons mangé à la pizzeria du village ca va c était bon y a une petite épicerie de dépannage juste à côté et elle fait le pain et les croissant tous les jours à pied c est possible mais ça fait un peu loin Je vous recommande cette maison en plus la propriétaire s assure que vous êtes bien installé et elle est très à l écoute de nos demandes j espère avoir l occasion d y retourner un jour à bientôt j espere😃

Très belle villa pour des vacances relaxantes !

Très belle villa, propre, parfaitement équipée et climatisée. Un panier d'accueil avec boissons rafraîchissantes, collations et vin blanc espagnol, nous était offert ! Il y a 2 salles de bain équipées de douche à l'italienne parfaitement fonctionnelles. 2 chambres très agréables avec des literies confortables. La villa est dotée d'une magnifique piscine privée très propre. Les enfants ont adoré ! De très beaux massifs entourent la piscine. Un vrai dépaysement. La villa est située dans un quartier très calme. La plage est à 2 mn à pieds. Pour se rendre à El Campello la voiture est indispensable. Nous avons énormément profité de cette belle villa ainsi que de sa grande piscine. Nous tenons à remercier Katarzyna, la propriétaire qui a toujours été disponible aussi bien par mail que par téléphone. Elle s'est toujours inquiétée de notre confort. Je recommande sincèrement cette villa ! :-)
