The 3 large bedrooms one is the master bedroom with a king size bed, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and the third has a sofa bed which can be either a double or 2 single. The master bedroom has a balcony and there are terraces at both front and back. There is a communal pool and the nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk. The public beach with sun umbrella,loungers and a cafe is about 15 minutes walk. The area has both cycle and running paths with gym equipment. There is a children's park too. The historical sites of Salamis and St Barnabus are 10 minutes away by car while the old town of Famagusta is 20 minutes. Nicosia is a perfect place for sightseeing or shopping. Spend the day in Kyrenia with the old harbour surrounding with restaurants and visit the old castle. The house is very central for both sightseeing and beach holidays. Suitable for both couples and families. There are restaurants and shops close by. There isn't any air conditioning there are fans. The house has wifi.
