The doors from the formal dining room with seating for 8 lead to additional terrace dining and lounging areas. The kitchen, also leading to the terrace for outdoor dining, has high quality mod cons, including a large American-style fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The central island unit provides breakfast bar seating.
Two large en-suite shower king-sized bedrooms are found on the ground floor as well as a guest WC. Beautifully furnished with soft, high quality bedding and throws, Bedroom 3 accesses the pool terrace whilst Bedroom 2 is flooded with natural light from the large windows.
Bedroom 1 on the lower floor is a beautifully furnished king-size, large double room with generous wardrobe space and en-suite shower room.

Outside, the private pool terraces are screened by mature hedges and softened with colourful potted plants. The 8m by 5m pool with Roman steps and Jacuzzi spa can be heated in cooler months for a small charge. There are multiple seating areas; the shaded terrace off the living room has an outdoor lounge area with sofa seating and a large dining table, another has a dining table and a gas BBQ. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool and several other lounge-style seating areas around the grounds.
The large driveway with parking for several cars has gated security phone entry.
