About this property

This is a modern and spacious apartment providing ultimate comfort and luxury located above the historic Dean Village.

Only a short and scenic stroll to the city centre and 15 minutes walk along the beautiful 'Water of Leith' to vibrant Stockbridge.

It is very close to all travel links including tram stop to go to/from the Airport, as well as all Edinburgh's best shops, bars and restaurants. All major sights including the Edinburgh Castle is a short walk away.

The space
The space is warm, new and homely, with extremely comfortable beds and a relaxing quiet place for all of the family to enjoy. There are two bedrooms and a large dining room area for you and your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use all utensils should you wish to make a meal at home.

I use hotel quality bed linen and towels which will be left on the beds before your arrival. There will also be some soap, shampoo and shower gel so you do not need to worry about anything.

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Guest have access to the whole apartment including free wifi. I also provide free secure parking under the apartment for your convenience.

Great flat, clean, well equipped and walking distance to all sights

We are Canadian (from Toronto area) and stayed at this Dean Village flat for 4 nights during a brief visit to Edinburgh. This flat is ideal for a family/group of 4 or smaller....very clean, good sized rooms, reasonably comfortable beds , well appointed, has two nice bathrooms, and was walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Lots of small cafe's and nice restaurants near-bye. Dean Village is beautiful! Cabs and Ubers were easy to hire. Flat had good instructions regarding use of amenities, i.e. TV, heating and garbage disposal. It was nice to have the ability to pre-order some starting groceries and have them delivered prior to our arrival. The grocery selection and quality was fantastic. Overall, a great place to stay...would absolutely stay again.

Historic Dean Village - near yet a world away

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely which is good for relaxing and about a ten minute walk to restaurants, pubs and the train station. The apartment was spacious and light with lots of windows (which, sadly, were filthy). The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The living room sofas were a little beat. Beds were fine - not great - and towels and linens were soft. We couldn’t get the cable to work (no loss!) and never quite got the hang of the water heater timer settings so even the boost left us lacking hot showers on demand. The host was responsive to a couple of issues we reported so we should have mentioned it.

Perfect location for the quintessential City experience

Three adults staying in location was very comfortable. Only one glitch with property of which the management took care of promptly. Would definitely stay again.
