Bright and Spacious City Centre 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both with showers) with free private parking and an elevator (very rare!).

In a quiet part of town but close walking distance to the city centre and great neighbourhood cafes, bars and restaurants surrounding. Next to and with views of Calton Hill and there is a private balcony. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Secure bicycle store. Easy access.

Ideal for families and groups of friends coming to Edinburgh for any kind of stay!

Brand new apartment that is very light and spacious. It is also super quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked for any type of cooking.

HOUSE RULES:
ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Please note - if the sofa bed is used there is an additional fee of £20 for linen. Sofa bed linen is not provided by default so please let us know if it is required.

A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know.

Almost PERFECT !
First, let me thank Altido, the property management company responsible for this property. They were EXCELLENT in every way. From their understanding and flexibility regarding the modification of our reservation (AT VERY LATE NOTICE) due to COVID impacting some of our group. They could not have been more understanding or helpful. AND, when we needed to contact someone with a question, it was quick and easy to get the answer. FULL MARKS FOR ALTIDO. The property was almost perfect, with only 1 or 2 issues; There definitely needs to be more kitchen supplies, think roasting tin, utensils, etc. And, groups with older people need to know that the sofa is VERY LOW and will need someone with good thigh strength to get themselves up un-aided. There are two other higher chairs, which are OK, but not designed (wooden arm rests) for long periods of sitting. For anyone 50 or under, the seating is perfectly acceptable. We did have an issue when checking out, in that there wasn't any communal waste bins for our trash (as stated in our info pack), but instead the bins were in a locked off area, for which we were not provided with a key. EVERYTHING else inside the property was of a VERY high quality; bed, bedding, furniture, appliances, heating, etc. With the exception of the above issues, we would highly recommend this property. Oh, and location, WITH FREE PARKING, is EXCELLENT.
