New Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa with Secluded Pool in Pastoral Setting

Located on a hillside in the Akbel district of Kalkan, some 2 km from the centre of the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, this new luxury villa has two double and one twin bedroom and a capacity of 6 guests. Its elevated position ensures a high degree of privacy and affords views across the valley towards Patara Beach in the distance.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area , communal bathroom / utility room, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bothethe lounge and twin bedroom open directly on to the large pool terrace. The lounge is two storeys in height giving is a spacious airy ambience.
The infinity pool is some 10 x 3 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.5 metres. There is also a childrens pool and shallow area where sunbeds can be placed. The pool terrace is very spacious and has an al fresco dining area, BBQ, hammock and sunloungers.

On the upper floor there are two luxurious double bedrooms , both with en-suite bathrooms and one with a large circular jacuzzi. Guests may enjoy the panoramic views from their balconies.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet and adjacent parking. The last 100 m of road is unmade but is easily negotiable. The nearest grocers shop is 1 km from the villa. Local buses pass by the centre of Akbel some 1 km away but most guests would probably prefer to have the use of a vehicle whilst staying here.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
