Located in the privileged private urbanization of La Alcaidesa and surrounded by the Guadalquitón Nature Reserve and 2 golf courses of 18 holes of Alcaidesa, our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quality urbanizations in the area.

At 300 meters from the Alcaidesa Golf clubhouse, 1.5 km from the entrance of the urbanization and 1.9 km from the access to the kilometer beach of La Alcaidesa with blue flag and that has quiet areas, as well as area with beach bars , games and nautical activities.

The apartment is brand new and is decorated in a modern and functional way with light and Mediterranean colors and has a terrace of 40 m2 where you can relax, as it overlooks the nature reserve and is in the quietest area of The urbanization.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite in the main room) and is prepared for 4 people and recommended for 4 people, although it can be received up to 6, since the living room has a sofa bed with capacity for 2 persons.

The apartment also has a garage space in the same apartment building that can be accessed through an elevator.

Dejligt sted med strand og natur

Det er helt sikkert et sted jeg kunne finde på at vende tilbage til, naturen og stranden var næsten uden for døren. Stranden var ca 3 km væk gående og 5 min i bil. Kan kun anbefale dette sted hvis man er til lange gode gåture i bakkelandskab. Det eneste jeg kan sige er at, når man ankommer efter nøgle, snakker personen ikke engelsk kun spansk, og det skulle gå søstærkt, det var det trælse, ved mit ophold, Javier udlejer, var dygtig og ham kunne man få fat i heletiden, hvis der var noget, men som sagt super godt sted. Geweldig appartement, goede bedden, in keuken alles aanwezig. Mooi groot terras. Er schijnt geen zon op het terras. In de zomer is dat geweldig ,maar in het najaar is dat weer jammer.

Excellent apartment

Really clean well equipped apartment that ticked all the boxes. All toiletries and cleaning products provided so no supermarket shop needed. Easy check in and owner is easy to contact and deal with. Will definitely book again if staying in the area. Great communal pool as well
