Rovinj nice city to visit, avoid if you are seeking for sea holiday.

The apartment is quite big and well-furnished. it is on the ground floor and there is a parking. Very good position, walking distance to the city center, supermarket and restaurants. The host was a nice person and welcomed us the check-in.

Gute Preis-Leistung. Nah an der Altstadt. Eigener Parkplatz. Sehr groß.

Wir haben eine Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Wasserpark Istralandia gesucht. Da ich die Stadt Rovinj immer schon ansehen wollte, hat sich das gleich angeboten. Das Apartman ist zwar schon etwas älter und dementsprechend nicht mehr ganz modern, aber die Lage ist super. Man hat gleich einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist einfach gold wert. Um zum alten Altstadt zu gelangen braucht man nur ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß. Bis zum Hafen sind es 5min. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Unterkünften war diese hier sehr preiswert und hat super für unseren Aufenthalt gepasst. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut über WhatsApp zu erreichen.

Brilliant service!

Die Unterkunft von Verdan war toll ausgestattet und nicht weit vom Stadtkern entfernt (ca.10 min zu Fuß). Die Vermieterinnen empfingen uns sehr freundlich 😊 Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man auf einer Reise benötigt ,z.b. Lappen Geschirrtuch, Besteck, Geschirr, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Brett... Es gab vier Schlafmöglichkeiten ,drei Schlafzimmer ein Wohnzimmer. Der Fernseher war sehr modern und konnte somit Streamingdienste, ect. abrufen. Es gab sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung war ansprechend eingerichtet und hatte sogar einen kleinen Vorgarten mit mini Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen und vom Preis Leistungs Verhältnis unschlagbar! Danke für das tolle Erlebnis !

Jó helyen van a szállás,10percre a központtól. Parkolóhely is van és ez nagyon jó,mert közterületen alig lehet találni helyet. Az érkezéskor volt kisebb probléma,mert az apartmant nehéz megtalálni. Érdemes előtte egyeztetni,mert a bejárat a másik utcára nyílik.

The location of the apartment was perfect - it was a quiet area and yet just 10 minutes on foot from a beach, 2 minutes from the nearest grocery store, 10 minutes from the old city center. The apartment itself was large and comfortable. The apartment was a bit dark, but we didn't mind, since we spent most of the time outside. I would say that our overall experience was great, but if the apartment was equipped with some amenities that we had to buy or would have to buy if we wanted to cook (there was no dishwashing liquid or salt, oil, etc.), it would have been even better.

The best location if you arrive by car

A lovely little apartment with private parking in the shade (!) and air conditioning, 10 minutes walk from the historic town centre and the beach and 2 minutes walk from a big grocery store. We were amazed by the impeccable cleanliness and the overall comfort of the place. Excellent communication in English, friendly and helpful hosts, accurate description of how to get there -- we could not be happier. Be prepared though, there is no microwave oven, which is maybe the only point where Marina, the proprietress could improve her offering. Highly recommended, we will surely return.

Tetszett, ajánlom átlag családi nyaraláshoz.

Teljesen felszerelt. Volt benne 3 szoba. 2x2 hely + 1x1 valamint nappali kihúzható ággyal. Konyha és minden egyéb rendben volt. Közelben abc és pékség 2 percre. A kocsinak fedett parkolóhely. Klíma és wifi jól működött. A strand és az óváros is kb 10 perc séta. Földszinten van, a teraszról lehet bemenni. Viszont amikor odaertunk nehéz volt megtalálni, mert nem az utcáról hanem lenn a parkoló szintről lehet megközelíteni, keresni kellett. A közvetlen környezete felújításra szorulna, de az apartman viszont teljesen rendben van. Ajánlom.
