Interior size is 47 m2 and the balcony is 8 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Extraordinary journey!
Der Gastgeber Herr Nevio und seine Familie waren absolut sehr freundliche Menschen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben Sie sich sehr um unsere Interessen und fragen gekümmert. Sie haben uns auf jeden Fall komfortabel und erholsam wie zu Hause fühlen. Sie haben uns auch über die lokalen Möglichkeiten informiert. Dieser Ort ist nicht so viel aber bisschen hoch liegt und deshalb bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, nachts sehr bequem zu schlafen. Die 10-15 Minuten Entfernung zu allen Stränden und Veranstaltungszentren gibt Ihnen einen großen Vorteil, solange Sie ein Auto haben. Der Pool im Haus ist immer sauber und groß genug, um Zeit mit Ihrer Familie zu verbringen. Dieser Ort ist definitiv für Familien und Gruppen von bis zu 4 Familien zu empfehlen.

Admirable and clean accommodation!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, propre et fonctionnel. La piscine, très propre, est vraiment très agréable.

2 nachten verbleven met gezin, 2 kinderen 12 en 9 jaar.
Vriendelijke host.
Genoeg ruimte in appartement en ook buiten.
Goed onderhouden Zwembad, tafeltennis.
In directe omgeving is niet veel, met de auto ben je snel in rovinj.
Goede aansluiting op verschillende mtb routes vanuit appartement.
Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Bedankt!

Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr!
Alles war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Getrennte Schlafzimmer für Eltern und Kinder sowie getrennte Bäder waren sehr praktisch. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Wir haben Empfehlungen für Ausflüge bekommen, der Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir wurden mit großer Herzlichkeit begrüßt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
Die Einzelbetten sind etwas kurz, wenn man größer als 1,80 m. Ansonsten alles schön.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp - TOP
Wir wollten unseren Urlaub etwas verlängern und suchten dafür eine günstige Unterkunft. Haben hier für kleines Geld eine Top Unterkunft bekommen. Es war sauber, roch sehr gut und die Vermieter waren sehr nett.
