The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

Major-league holiday!
Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool. Kitchen could have done with a few more utensils but no big deal. You need a car to explore, which we did, so lovely area to explore and well located

Brilliant service!
Alojamiento de dos dormitorios, dos baños con ducha, una cocina-comedor y una buena terraza. Limpio y en perfecto estado. Tiene aire acondicionado en el pasillo que da a las habitaciones, aunque ese día no nos hizo falta.
Tiene una zona con una bonita piscina, muy limpia, tumbonas y una mesa de ping pong.
Nevio nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos entendimos en una mezcla de italiano, inglés y español.
Nos dejó dos pastillas para poner en dos aparatos para ahuyentar a los mosquitos, uno en cada habitación.
Por la noche, cuando volvimos de cenar, nos recibió un perro muy cariñoso. Antes de irnos nos despedimos de él.
Sólo eché de menos que no hay ningún sitio para tomar algo o comer sin coger el coche, aunque hay algún restaurante a unos 5 minutos y Rovinj está a unos 15 minutos.
Buen lugar para desconectar del turismo masificado de otras zonas.

Alles in allem gut.
Freundlicher Gastgeber, es war recht sauber alles. Pool war nicht so begeisternt. Da Fliesen etwas gelb sind und das Wasser nicht so klar erschien. Sehr viele Mücken! Mussten alles zu machen und Klima laufen lassen. In die größeren Städte muss man ca. 30 km fahren, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe Fehlanzeige. Vom Preis her akzeptabel.
