In need of updating

Great location. Modern kitchen. Two bedrooms are comfortable but two with single beds are not so good. One bedroom has no window. The apartment (especially the sitting room) is dark and light pendants and standard lights lack bulbs. Needs decorating throughout and new sitting room furniture would transform the apartment . The system of opening the front door using a weblink did always work. Instructions on how to enter the property at beginning not clear.
