modular house in 2 apartments. Ground floor for 4 people. The 2 upper floors offered in our other offer number 6333982 are for 8 people. Fully rentable by combining the 2 offers for 13 holidaymakers maximum. Panoramic view of the sea, the citadel and the village. Garden park. Ideally located, quiet, above ground pool, private pool bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxation areas for personal daydreams. Rooms tastefully furnished according to the colors of the surrounding nature. Pebble, sand and rocky beaches nearby. Water sports. Bikes rental at the villa. 3 golf courses 15 minutes by car with superb view of Navarino bay. In the property there are 3 dogs living in a 500sq meters shady enclosure provided for this purpose. The cats are free. For larger families it is possible to choose the other offer.
