On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The ground floor has a bedroom with double bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with dining table and kitchen where there is another TV with satellite connection.



The house also has Netflix, DVD player and BlueRay and music system.



The terrace with its dining table, sun loungers and umbrella invites you to relax.

The private swimming pool has both solar heating (ideal bath temperatures are not guaranteed) and electric heating (24°-26°C extra cost).



The house has a putting green in the garden.

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the Salobre Golf course. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun. Non-golvers will also love the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
