Our contemporary villa is ideally located between the Céze Valley and the Ardèche Valley and only 15 minutes walk by a small footpath from the river Ardèche to St Martin-d'Ardèche, for your swimming in the river and your meals in the different taverns that will be proposed to you.

Located in Occitania, in the Gard and close to many tourist sites..As Aiguèze or Monctclus (classified villages) .. The cave Chauvet-Pont-D'arc..Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche and its descent by canoe .. .The Cèze Valley, and the waterfalls of Sautadet ... The Pont du Gard ... Orange..Avignon..Nimes ... Vaison-la-Romaine..The sea at 1h 15 .....

Our contemporary will seduce you for its character, its view on the Tower of Aiguèze and its calm.
New, functional, tastefully arranged and with quality materials, it has everything for you to live a successful holiday.

It can accommodate 8 people.

Its interior of 120 m ² is bright, air-conditioned, with for each main rooms the view on the swimming pool. You will discover the master bedroom with its private bathroom and bed 160, the blue room and two twin beds of 80 x 200, which can also make you a bed in 160 and the dormitory room with its trundle bed 80 x 200 and its two bunk beds of 90 x 200 for children as adults. You can sleep in without worry, its openings to the west, you can enjoy the freshness of the morning.

A ball game has been planned for your moments of relaxation.

It is located in a small residential area of ​​5 houses 500 m from the village which will allow you to walk to get your bread and croissants. At your service the village cafe, a restaurant and a pizza truck, as well as a scoop with its products market gardeners within 300 m and a doctor and 5 kms you will have the butcher, the pharmacy , hairdresser, grocery, and 10 kms on Pont-Saint-Esprit supermarkets.

Very close you can enjoy the hook branch which has a great success.

Important a deposit of 1000 € will be required upon arrival, it will not be cashed and returned the day of your departure after inventory.

The cleaning fee of 120 € is mandatory and payable on the day of arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Beau Soleil. The villa is modern, spotless, and really well equipped - everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 week stay. The setting is peaceful and private with an enclosed garden, a fantastic pool (the kids spent hours in it), and even a pétanque court we all enjoyed. Shops and a supermarket are close by, and it’s just a short walk or drive into Saint-Martin-d’Ardèche where we went canoeing, paddle boating, and had some lovely evening meals. Communication from the hosts was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Séjour très agréable

La maison est parfaite. La piscine également. La climatisation est très efficace, tout en se faisant oubliée. Il est possible de se rendre à Saint Martin à pieds, mais le chemin qui y mène est assez isolé et herbeux. La traversée du pont de st Martin n est pas forcément très sécure, même si de nombreux piétons l empruntent tout de même. Bref, un endroit parfait pour se reposer surtout par ces temps de canicule. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité.

Mooi, strak ingericht huis. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Communiceren vlot via VBRO-app. Verward zwembad is heerlijk in september. Mooie omgeving. Bakker op loopafstand (8 minuten).

Simply Fantastic

The property was excellent, still looking new with everything you may need and the decor was tasteful, absolutely no issues. It is in a peaceful location, not overlooked, very private, but walking distance to some bars and restaurants. The pool was great and warm and the whole-house air con was welcomed on the warm nights. The owners were lovely, very approachable and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible (thank you). We would stay there again.

Magnifique villa avec piscine chauffée

Nous revenons de 1 semaine dans cette villa magnifique et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est de très haute qualité (un vrai plaisir pour bien dormir) Il y a vraiment tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour et une belle piscine chauffée. Régine et son mari sont des personnes adorables et sérieux et je l'ai remercie pour leur accueil chaleureux C'est sur nous reviendrons dès que possible Nathalie

Magnifique maison

La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût, très lumineuse avec une belle piscine chauffée. La région est très belle entre le Gard et le sud de l'Ardèche . Régine et Michel sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Séjour parfait
