In a quiet area, in the center of Dinard, close to the market, shops and services, beaches and transport. Possibility to come without a car!

Très très bien situé , tout est à proximité, tout est accessible à pied . Appartement adéquate à la description . Animaux domestiques acceptés.Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.Vacances idéales .Seul bémol : Si besoin de prendre sa voiture, difficile de trouver une place pour se garer pour les personnes ne pouvant pas accéder au garage selon gabarit de la voiture .Sinon , rien à redire . Appartement très bien placé,calme . Le logement moyen, robinetterie de salle de bain a voir ainsi que le rideau de douche pas top une paroi est + .Voir aussi l installation électrique et les couteaux de cuisine. Après le reste passe.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint et notre bébé (18 mois), l'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons utilisé notre voiture une seule fois (pour aller au grand aquarium de saint malo). Que ce soit en journée ou de nuit, c'est très calme, on ne se croirait pas en pleine ville... Propriétaire très gentille !

Logement très pratique et fonctionnel, idéal pour 3 personnes. L’ensemble de l’équipement nécessaire est présent et adapté. Nous n'avons pas été déçus par le Studio conforme à nos attentes proche à la fois de la plage de l'Ecluse et du Prieuré. Tous les commerces sont à proximité , en particulier le si "célèbre" marché de Dinard ! Quartier très calme donc très reposant. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Studio très bien entretenu et propre . Excellente relation avec la propriétaire ! très gentille et polie .Nous recommandons ce logement.

Très bonne vacances à Dinard dans un studio idéalement situé et très sympathique.

Ce studio est très bien situé (proche commerces et plages). Convient parfaitement pour un couple avec un bébé (comme nous !), l'agencement du mobilier et les nombreux rangements permettent de profiter de tout l'espace. La séparation pièce à vivre/cuisine-véranda permet de veiller le soir pdt que bébé dort. Propreté ++ Résidence très calme et agréable. Que du positif.
