CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Our building, the Golden Arms, has been undergoing a major construction project including the removal and replacement of all balconies in the building (due to age, not safety) since late 2023. Construction is expected to be complete at the end of 2026! As soon as the project is over, we will be back to renting so please consider us for your 2027 vacation plans. This fully remodeled, perfectly appointed, light and bright 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that can accommodate 6 guests is a short walk to Flagler Avenue! Our goal is to make it easy for you to have a fabulous vacation - Reserve, Arrive, and Relax!

This inviting home has been completely renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom. It features an upgraded newer kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high-end baths, wood tile floors in the kitchen and living area, new carpet in the master and brand new furnishings, including new mattresses for a great night of sleep while on vacation! The guest bedroom was also recently remodeled with new beds, mattresses and decor. All sheets and linens were recently replaced and we continue to buy the high end sheets that our guests *love*. Other recent updates include an under the sink water filter/ice filter and a beautiful "dry bar" in the family room with a beverage cooler.

This spacious 1,250 square foot unit is in the Golden Arms condominium complex that has a private, updated beachfront pool heated to 85 degrees year round and convenient elevator access (we are 2 doors down from the elevator). This property is less than a five minute walk to the world class restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, live music, and nightlife on famous Flagler Avenue. The convenient location allows you to enjoy some of the best New Smyrna Beach has to offer without having to worry about driving and finding a place to park, yet is far enough to still be peaceful and relaxing. It is truly the MOST sought after location in NSB.

Being steps from the beach affords you the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and balcony. The ideal third floor center location in the complex allows you to hear the sounds of the waves while having an unobstructed view with a wonderful breeze, without the stronger winds that higher floor locations may bring. Spectacular views of the ocean will greet you as you enter your Florida beachfront getaway. “WOW!!!” is the common reaction from anyone walking through the door. The master suite has a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet and dressing area that you can use as a desk (great for if you are working while there). Sliding glass doors from the master allows access to the 250 square foot balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has two full beds, a mounted smart TV and a walk-in closet. The family room also features a queen sized pull out sofa (additional pillows and blankets are provided) and access to the balcony. Just pack your swimsuit! The Golden Arms is a secured property that welcomes children. Beachside, there is a Lifeguard station close to the complex in the summer.
Easily walk to water sports and beachfront dining. The Riverview Spa is also walking distance and the Publix grocery store is 2 miles away. Don’t want to leave the pool or beach for lunch? Grab lunch at the nearby food truck on the beach or get it delivered to your beach chair!
