External Living | Private Pool & Whirlpools, BBQ, Sauna & Outdoor Dining

Step into a 900m² outdoor sanctuary, designed for indulgence and privacy. The 150m² Private Pool (non-heated) features a seven-seater non-heated in-pool Spa Whirlpool and
 a separate children’s compartment (can be heated upon request*), while a two-seater heated Spa Whirlpool (on a private balcony) provide ultimate relaxation. A modern gas BBQ (Broil King) and shaded dining area set the tone for unforgettable seaside feasts. Guests can also enjoy a Sauna, Children’s Playground, Ping Pong table, manicured 220m² lawns, and direct access to the sandy beach with sun beds exclusively at your disposal—only 7 metres from your door. Privacy fencing and an elevated sense of tranquility complete the perfect outdoor escape.


*The children's pool compartment can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Prior notice is required before arrival and the water's temperature can reach up to 25 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the children's pool compartment.

* Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths

The villa offers five sumptuously styled bedrooms and four refined bathrooms, combining Italian craftsmanship with contemporary flair. The interiors are curated with cocomat linens, Dunlopillo mattresses, designer lighting, and bespoke walnut wood finishes, ensuring relaxation at its finest. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, while two additional guests can be accommodated on single sofa bed/futons in two of the bedrooms, making it an ideal option for larger families or groups of friends. The maximum capacity is 12 guests.

There is a secured free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars. This luxury property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; an American-style Hitachi fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, Two Miele washing machines & tumble dryers, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker. Foodies will relish open-plan, bespoke kitchen, fully equipped with Miele oven, hob , microwave, wine bar and a Broil King gas grill. Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguisher.
