Enjoy Summer by staying in a ground flooor seaside appartment 100 m from the les Becs beach in Vendee. just takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach.
3Km from St jean De Monts, 2Km from Scion Sur l'Ocean and not far from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. You can visit the nearby islands of Noirmoutier and Ile D'Yeu.
Sleeps 5. the appartment is in a building which is just 2 storeys terrace allows you to eat Al fresco and drink those cocktails whilst the sun goes down.
The appartment has 2 large rooms consisting of one main room with combined living room dining and kitchen area and utility room , one bedroom, toilet, and shower room.
The main room has a double clic clac sofa bed, large dining table and 6 chairs,large mirror, a tall CD unit and a television table and television,
the fully equipped corner kitchen has 4 gas rings electric oven, fan,
in the utility room there is a fridge, microwave and washing machine.
The bedroom has 3 new bunk beds, a sofa , a small coffee table and wardrobe . For the terrace there is a new garden table and 6 chairs , parasol and cushions for the chairs. Plenty of stuff for the beach parasol and beach chairs .
For those who wish to take advantage of the hundreds of kms of cycle path there are also 4 bikes you can borrow . what are you waiting for?

SUPERBE SEJOUR TRES APPRECIABLE - LOCATION TOPISSIME

Notre séjour en Vendée a été un vrai délice et ce, grâce à la location trouvée à St Hilaire de Riez. Un accueil chaleureux, un espace de vie digne d'un petit cocon avec une note de propreté de 15/10 (oui 15 sur 10) et un confort garanti, sans oublier la proximité avec l'Océan qui en fait un paradis à l'état pur ! Un grand merci à notre hôte (belle rencontre).

I am an English teacher working in paris . We rent here so decided to buy somethinhg near the beach. i go there for holiday every year in August . i came to france in 1991 to work at Disney and met my partner and havent looked back!!

Why they chose this property

I just love Vendee its hot but not stifling . i love cycling so you can cycle for miles using the KMs of cycle path. i often cycle on the coast roads and stop off for a nice beach side lunch.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the coastline and the sea and then found the appartment which is on the dunes.. it is 3 minutes from the sea.
