Beautifully appointed in the peaceful community of Orange Hill, a two bedroom apartment with veranda, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking the 2nd fairway of leafy Rockley Golf and Country Club. The apartment has an open plan living room and kitchen area which opens on to the veranda. The bedrooms are spacious, both with ensuite walk in showers. The master bedroom opens on to the main veranda with the 2nd bedroom having its own small balcony. It has a swimming pool for exclusive use by residents of Orange Hill. There is air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. The apartment has wifi, telephone and television. Rockley Golf Course is a 9 hole par 35 course. One guest is entitled to complimentary membership throughout their stay. There are also 4 floodlit tennis courts and a bar and restaurant within the grounds of Rockley Golf Course.

The nearest beach, Accra beach, is a 15 minute walk and the popular board walk is just by this beach. Grocery shops are also a 15 minute walk. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars in nearby Saint Laurence Gap.

Great location near St Lawrence Gap

Our stay was great. The close proximity to beaches, Massey store for groceries, the food truck court, and St. Lawrence Gap made our time in Barbados enjoyable. The property was safe and well-kept. Kevin the owner was very communicative.

Experience of my stay at Orange Hill Condo.

This property was excellent. It was well maintained and extremely safe. The scenary was beautiful to look out onto especially in the morning. It was peaceful, and quiet both in the morning and at night. The apartment had a great at home feeling, so it was very easy to unwind and relax.

Great location and setting

The apartment is in a great location with a lovely deck overlooking the golf course. Lots of monkeys to watch for great entertainment. It’s wonderful to have a washer and dryer. Both bathrooms are updated. Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back.

My name is Keith and my wife is Maria. I am a retired engineer and Maria is an osteopath. We've been coming to Barbados since 2009 and we've fallen in love with the island and the people. Orange Hill is a perfect location for us as it is peaceful and has beautiful views across Rockley Golf Course. I enjoy the golf here at Rockley and the comradery and the swimming pool is a delight. Maria enjoys walking from the apartment to the boardwalk and beyond and also the organised hikes which are a great opportunity to see parts of the island you might not otherwise see and meet with local people.

Why they chose this property

We had rented at Orange Hill for 6 years before we bought so we knew we loved it because it is safe and peaceful and we particularly love looking out onto the golf course with all its lovely old trees. The veranda is a peaceful place to sit and read and the swimming pool is seconds away. We have all the facilities we need to cook which suits us as we don't want to go out every night so we often dine on the veranda. We also like the fact that you can walk to the shops, beach, boardwalk if you wish and that there are regular yoga, zumba classes for Maria (not me!)
