The apartment we booked with Hommyhome was lovely. It is situated in the very center of the city, but once you are inside the building it feels very quiet and peaceful. The interior decoration was modern and tastefully done. Everything was in good shape and all we needed was provided for. Our apartment had a roof terrace with view over the cathedral, which was very very nice. The communication with the booking office was easy and efficient. Only recommendation is that if you are afraid of heights, ask to stay on one of the lower floors (because of the glass floor walkways on the top floor).

Exceeded expectations

We felt so fortunate to stay in this apartment---the sign in, the place itself (including the deck!),the location, the availability of the staff---all were xcellent, could not have been better. If you sign up for a stay here, we hope you have as fine a time as we did.

Beautiful central location in Sevilla

Cassà Assale Luxury Penthouse was excellent accommodation for our one-week stay in Sevilla - centrally located, clean, comfortable bed, lots of space for two people, sufficiently appointed kitchen (a washer-dryer would have been a welcome addition for us as it was the second week of our vacation in Spain, but we made due), beautiful roof-top terrace and elevator access all made for great accommodation for a couple (there is a pull-out couch as well, but I’d recommend the place for a couple wanting a little luxury). The property manager (Juan from Hommyhome) responded quickly to queries while we were there (make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone) and met us promptly at the building when we arrived. It is on a walking street, so I don’t think a cab can take you to the door - but Sevilla is a walking city so that shouldn’t be an issue. It is minutes away on foot from many attractions and restaurants that Sevilla has to offer. We will definitely return.

Great apartment .

The standard of the apartment was very good ..Inside everything was first class ....the collection from the airport and meeting was exceptional. Thank you The surveillance cameras on the terrace must be removed as they are very intrusive and give the impression of always being watched and an unsafe feeling to the property. It is not a prison you are renting .only one in the downstairs entrance should be necessary .That would be the one complaint and put me from booking again . and stops me from giving you 5 stars.

Thank you so much for your kind review, we are very sad that for this you don´t give us the 10 score. All security cameras are in the common areas for the safety of all our guests and their belongings. The terrace is a common area so there are also cameras. We hope to see you again in Seville, Best regards Hommyhome Team

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city

The apartment was a lot more beautiful than I imagined it to be. Large, spacious and bright! A few plus points to this apartment: (1) Location was amazing. Just a short walk away from the cathedral, and 15 to 30 minutes walk to all the other attractions in Sevilla. (2) Real good air-conditioning in the apartment - works wonders when it's blazing at 40 over degrees outside. (3) There's a lift to the apartment - good news especially after having lugged your luggage from the airportcarpark. The only thing I wished the apartment had was a washer/dryer. :)
