The location was great. It was an easy walk to The Island. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower. Also, the water got nice and hot in the shower.We had to call the owner at check in time in order to get the code to get into the rental. Also, the wi-fi password was not correct, so it took some time to get that figured out.As with all properties you can get some little bugs. In our case, there were some small ants. The owners will send in pest control people if you have a problem. Bug spray worked for us during our stay. We would rent again.

Hunters Rentals

We have stayed here before and and at several other of the Hunters rentals over the years in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg They have always taken great care of us and I highly recommend them to you and anyone wanting a great experience!!!

Right in the middle of it all and a world away

This is the perfect condo to be in the middle of the action but feel a world away. It was very quiet at night but only 1 block from the Parkway. Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time at the GSMJI very much and this condo was the perfect spot to shower and relax before heading back out to the fun.

Nice condo close to everything

My husband, myself and our 10 month old stayed 9/25-9/29. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in a condo in this building (1st time in this condo) and we love the location especially with a baby. Condo was fairly clean although I did have to sweep when we checked in and clean hair from the shower but everything else seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and we had basically everything we needed for our stay. Would suggest updating to a keypad on the door instead of a key for guest convenience but not a huge deal!

we have been doing vacation rentals since 1985. we dont use keypads on doors handles because if battery dies: u wont get in. maids are not always avail to come and let u in on a moments notice. been there and done that. the realtor box works best because no battery. just put in code and open it up. also when u come in always call us as this maid lives a few blocks away and she can come back and correct anything. so always call, call, call. thank u. jim and ellen, owners
