Beautiful well appointed vacation home providing access to the best of southeastern FL.

Wonderful outdoor kitchen/living area and spacious inside for couples. It's property manager, Nadja, is wonderful and so quickly responsive to questions! Note for future: the owners should make the boat lift available, and it might be a good idea to warn January renters the pool heater is only sufficient to heat the whirlpool, but not the pool itself in cool weather months.

We did explain the Nest system to you and also the fact that it is impossible to cool down the house to 68 Degrees with outside temperatures being near 100 degrees. Dream Vacation House

This property is a dream. It is immaculately clean, which was my number one priority. On top of that, it is beautifully decorated. It is obvious that great thought and care went into all furnishing and styling decisions. The modern kitchen and grill were joys to use, and again, extremely clean. Relaxing in paradise

This home is beautiful! It’s exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in process was so simple and easy. Our property manager was so pleasant and attentive. She was very prompt about answering my questions. I love that she sent us a vacation guide of the area prior to our arrival. The house was amazingly clean and in perfect repair. The beds are super soft and comfortable. Everything you need is available for you. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is gorgeous, safe, and quiet. The canal was beautiful to sit by at night on the deck. We had made plans to go out and do several things, but for the most part, everyone just wanted to stay at the house and hangout by the pool. The Publix grocery store is very close by. The marina district with restaurants/shops is very close too. It’s a little farther to the beach than I had anticipated, but we didn’t seem to mind. Word to the wise, if you go to Sanibel/captiva you need to get there early. Parking was a nightmare. We wasted a lot of time driving from beach to beach trying to find a spot. The Sanibel Thriller was lots of fun. We saw many dolphins. The Cape Coral restaurants “Nice Guys” and “Papa Joe’s” were super! One thing I noticed about Cape Coral is that the service was great everywhere we went and everyone was so friendly. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful home!

Pictures online don’t do justice on how nice this house is. Our party included (2) adults (2) 22 year olds, and 4 kids ages 16, 16, 11,11 and no one complained(shocking)! We usually stay around kissamee but wanted to be closer to the gulf. Sanibel lighthouse beach was 45 min which is way better than 2+ hours The pool and hot tub were magnificent. The master suites were great! We bought fishing polls and left those there for hopefully a return trip back to this house in the future! No disappointments!

Beautiful with incredible outdoor living!

We had an amazing time in this home; everything was as described, and even more beautiful in person. The home had so much space and the indoor/outdoor living was a real treat. The salt water pool was our favorite. When we arrived the home was spotless.

Perfect relaxing vacation home

This home was a perfect vacation getaway! It had everything you need, was luxurious, and relaxing. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery, and some good restaurants. The pool, lanai, and view was famtastic!!! We had 1 issue and the management sent someone to fix within the hour. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful Home

We love all the amenities. The home came with bikes, a canoe, pool toys and chairs / umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and pantry items. The pool / lanai was so relaxing, we loved staying here and we had everything we need. It is a longer drive to the beach than you think. The miles indicate it is not far, but traffic means it can take 30 min to 1 hour to get to surrounding beaches.

We had a great stay at Villa Alexander. Bedrooms were bright and spacious, pool area was delightful and it was so nice to have a boating dock that brought nature and peace to the day! The property was clean and the property manager was very attentive. We had some sugar ants and Mike- Xtreme Pest Control took care of it! The pool heater had a few issues and the property manager took care of it right away! And the dishwasher broke, but the property manager had a brand new one delivered the next day. It was the perfect getaway for a family relocation where everyone could work and learn from a remote location!

This property was an excellent rental. Checking in/out was a very smooth process. Property management were very responsive to any questions. Home was very clean and well equipped for many different experiences. We loved the hot tub and pool tremendously. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities offered made this a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding home!

Our stay at Villa Alexander was superb! The house is modern but comfortable for a family. There were many items in the home for our use. We cooked, grilled and baked with ease. The pool was used morning, noon and night! The kids loved the outdoor speakers and pool lights. The rooms were large with plenty of storage. We will definitely stay again!

Pefect gem in Cape Coral

First thing first, we really appreciated the service offered by Engels & Volkers for booking, checking in and out. It was flawless all the way through and their people are professional and friendly. The house itself, which is brand new and modern, equiped with the latest geeky tech such as Nest, Sonos and so on, was the perfect spot for our 2 weeks break with our 1 year old daughter. E&V also provided everything we need for the baby such as high chair and baby crib. The house is really vast and beds super comfy. Kitchen is equiped with all you need throughout your stay and outside regrigerator allows you to sip fresh beverages in the pool without having to rush inside to grab one. Last but not least, location of the house is ideal and while you're facing west, you can enjoy awesome sunsets on your deck (which I recommand). It's a no brainer that if we ever come back to spend some holidays, we'll go the same route again and book this house.
