Deceptively spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom detached house in Hutton, Brentwood ideally located for short-mid term stays in Shenfield, Brentwood and Billericay. Off street parking for 2-3 cars plus unrestricted parking on the street. Ideal for families and contractors or anyone in need of short term accommodation.
With its Scandi inspired styling this property may look retro but it has all the mod cons with hardwired co-axial/wifi connectivity throughout and wall hung smart TV's in all bedrooms and TV/Cinema room.
Sleeps 10+ for families/friends and 5 individual bedrooms for contractors but please contact me with your specific requirements.

Good sized porch area with plenty of coat hanging/shoe storage space.
Cloak room toilet.
Accessed via ground floor hallway:
Original staircase leading to 1st floor
Bedroom 1 - large bedroom with kingsize bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave).
Dining area with sliding doors out to patio area.
Fun sunken snug perfect for relaxing, chatting, playing cards and board games (provided)
Sun room overlooking the south facing garden and spiral staircase up to master Bedroom 2
TV/cinema room
Access to carport with has a useful utility area and additional washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 2 - wonderful ensuite master bedroom at rear of the house (for families this bedroom can either be accessed through Bedroom 4 or for contractors door can be locked with sole access via the spiral staircase in the rear sun room.
From the ground floor hallway the original staircase takes you up to the 1st floor where you will find located:
Family bathroom (with bath/shower, wash basin and wc)
Bedroom 3 - Large double bedroom at front of house with Kingsize bed
Bedroom 4 - Good size double bedroom in middle of the house. Ensuite shower and wash basin
Bedroom 5 - Small double with 4ft bed with own wash basin.
The property is blessed with a south facing garden so the patio and peaceful private garden receives plenty of sunshine all through the day.
The property also has a large car port with additional sink and washing machine and off road parking for 2-3 cars.

Hutton Country Park is located a few minutes walk from the house and the lovely Thorndon Country Park a 10 min drive away.

Spacious, unique and quirky, great atmosphere, a place where guests can spread out and relax and feel at home. It has everything a family or group of friends/colleagues need for a temporary stay short term stay.
What makes this property unique
Spacious open plan design. 1970's/Scandi inspired design including mid century furniture. Quiet and tranquil. Great for families with kids, a good selection of books, games and DVDs.
