The cottage -the 3 Cigognes- is very nice and quiet.
In rez of garden (three steps to go down) in a closed park of 4500 m ², it is located under the house of the owner.
Garden furniture to eat quietly outside in summer (area reserved for tenants).
2 parking spaces inside the property, closed at night with electric gate.
Close to all roads and shops (Hypermarket Leclerc and commercial area 500m, early 400m, ALDI 200m ...) while being very away from noise!
Ideal place to visit Alsace.
Cernay is located at the start of the Alsace wine route.
Pets welcome, we have ourselves a young Labrador (4 years old) very nice female.
Secure indoor swimming pool locking (to share with the owners) accessible from June to September depending on weather.
(unheated but between 28 and 30 ° in high season)
Ideal for 4 but 6 people possible without problem (convertible comfortable in the living room).
