Ideal location, to enjoy Javea's life. It is a great election for holidays or for long term stay during winter. You can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of having a terrace without neighbors upstairs. In the urbanization during the day, there is a doorkeeper service. And of course, there are neighbours who live full year.The possibility of walking (5-7 minutes), to the beach, javea's port, great restaurants, bars, pubs- cocktails, shops, handmade market, supermarkets. Just the port area has activity both in winter and summer . From the house in 3 minutes public health center, library, sports center, paddle, public sports facilities. Very well communicated, to be able to make excursions to the mountain. Everything that you need and you wish to do during your stay in Javea, is close from the house.
