A stylish 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Old Town Dubrovnik, off of the most beautiful street the Stradun, just across from the famous Franciscan monastery. The Franciscan complex has one of the most beautiful Romanesque cloisters on the Croatian coast, as well as the Friars Minor pharmacy which is the third oldest functioning pharmacy in the World. This newly renovated apartment is set on the first floor of a centuries old building just steps away from restaurants, shops, attractions, events and night life. The famous Banje beach and Old City port, from where you can catch a boat to the nearby island Lokrum, are just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
This bright apartment has high ceilings and modern elegant decor, features one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dining/living area and table for 4. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate up to 1 additional guest. The large windows in the living room offer a magnificent view to very valuable Gothic - Renaissance portal on the Franciscan church sculpted in 1498. Amenities include: a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, A/C (bedroom and living room), SAT TV, WiFi, floor heating, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.
This property is ideal for those who wish to be in the center with everything it has to offer. There is 1 flight of stairs leading up to the apartment, which is located on the first floor of the building. It can be combined with the nearby apartments Hedera A5, A6, A31, A33 and A34 to accommodate up to 26 guests.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
Hedera A2 can accommodate up to 2 (+1*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 1 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 30 € per person per night.
NOTE: Breakfast served at nearby restaurant is included in the price. Guests will receive vouchers at the check in.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
