Beautiful super luxuriously unique spacious and light-flooded open corner apartment (125 m²) with around the apartment from a morning to late evening sunlit sunny open terrace of 32 m² (East, South, West located!). Es handelt sich um eine stilvoll eingerichtete, frisch renovierte Eckwohnung mit Tiefgaragenplatz, 2 Schlafzimmern , 2,Bädern und einer modernen, offenen Küche im 3.Stock einer gepflegten Anlage 10 km außerhalb von Marbella. Die Anlage verfügt über 2 Pools, die ebenfalls genutzt werden können. Der Balkon bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Absolut empfehlenswert !

Modern well equipped appartment, with an optimal location.

This appartment is situated on a corner on the third floor in Elveria Hills, a very calm, luxerious and well located settlement between Fuengirola and Marbella. There is full view from the terrace to the garden with pools and to the sea. The furniture are modern and the kitchen fully equipped Scandinavian style. The appartment can be recommended for two couples or a family with two children
