Lovely sunfilled penthouse with 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, nice living and dining area, ceiling to floor windows, spacious furnished terrace with south-west orientation and with amazing views to the sea and to the attached golf course. From here you can watch spectacular sunsets while sipping your sundowner. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need. Laundry room with washing machine and tumbler. A nice community pool and a lovely garden is part of the Elviria hills complex, which is a private residential community in a greenzone on Marbella´s hillside. Golf course and driving range are within walking distance. In Elviria you find many different kinds of very good restaurants and bars, supermarkets, shops - and the lovely white sandy beach is only 5 minutes away.
