The Moorings is an exclusive community located on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway. This Harborside Condo unit is 1800+ SF, bright and clean with Screen porch, in an elevator building. The condo is newly renovated and furnished. This 2nd floor unit is just steps away from a heated pool, Hot tub, and pool house that includes use of an outdoor grills. There are also 2 tennis courts for the exclusive use of Harborside units.We are just a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the The Moorings private beach, where you can see the sunrise and enjoy usable Tiki Huts, picnic facilities, shelling and beach walks. There are many activities to enjoy in the local area: Actor's Equity Theater, Art Museum, Symphony, Lecture series, Fine Dining, Arts and Craft festivals. Access to tennis and many golf courses. This unit can be rented monthly or for an extended period. Social membership at the Moorings Club is transferable for $500. This would enable you to use dining facilities, health club, spa and Main Pool. 5/15-10/15 includes Full Membership at the Moorings Yacht and Golf Club - includes golf, tennis,pickleball and all other facilities. Golf has many area reciprocals.
