From both bedrooms and the hallway, you can step directly out onto the covered terrace, perfect for sunny mornings or relaxed evenings.

Upstairs, the combined kitchen and living area becomes the heart of the home. Cook up family meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher before gathering in the living room. Here, you can enjoy a movie night with the flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and CD system, or simply relax by the bioethanol fireplace. From the adjoining balcony and loggia, you’ll have sweeping views of the sea and dike, the perfect spot to watch ships pass by or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
