Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large natural plot in Blokhus. The house is large and can easily accommodate 2 families as the 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 mezzanines can sleep up to 12 people. The two mezzanines are only suitable for children. One mezzanine has a TV, DVD and video player. The house is modern with good decor and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Kitchen from 2010 with dish washer, freezer and microwave oven. Pool area with whirlpool and direct access to a large bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. The 18 m² large pool has a water slide and a 2 m² children's pool. There is an additional bathroom with underfloor heating. The house has both a covered and open terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Additional equipment in the house is e.g. 3 TVs with digital satellite dish, stereo with CD player and surround sound. In addition washing machine, dryer, cot, and high chair. There is a ventilation system for heating of the hot water (Genvex) and in addition there are solar heaters for heating of the pool and the hot water. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
