8 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

In the popular Løkken, close to both the beach and town, you will find this holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna, which was built in the spring of 2012. A house for environmentally conscious families as it is equipped with energy-saving measures such as geothermal heating and extra insulation, which reduces power consumption considerably and makes the house extremely co2-friendly. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen, activity room, four bedrooms with double beds and a mezzanine. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest toilet with shower. There is underfloor heating throughout. The layout with two bedrooms and bath in each department makes the house ideal for two families sharing. The living room is divided into a sitting area with sofa and TV and a kitchen/dining area, both with plenty of space. The activity room has a TV, pool table and table football. For the youngest guests there are swings and sandpit, cot and high chair. The large windows that in many places go from ceiling to floor, provide a fantastic natural light throughout the day. The furnishings are tasteful, in modern Danish style and highest quality. Both open and covered terrace. The plot is an open plot with excellent opportunities for sunbathing, playing games with the kids or having fun around the grill. No letting to groups cf. § 3.3 in DC terms and conditions.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
